This book puts the medicial profession in a bit of a new light for me. I began to see things from the physician's eyes. This is especially good for me, not only because I have made hospital finance my life, but also because I am a terrible patient.

This story hits home for me because McCarthy rotated through the Boston hospitals. I generally love books, fiction or non, that take place in Boston, but this one was extra special to me.
