Beginners can go through the book from the first page to the last trying each sex position until they have gained full mastery. Stage 1 is described in the first chapter and shows the most basic sex positions that everybody knows. The author even includes tips on how to make the most of these positions and eventually make them fun for people who are exploring the wonderful world of sex for the very first time. Stage 2, described in chapter 2, is for those who have been having sex for a bit of a while. The positions described there are a little bit more difficult than the basic positions in the first chapter. Stage 3 or chapter 3 deals with the most difficult positions. They’re difficult but not impossible. However, fair warning is given in each position described so you will know what you’re getting into. If you think a position is just way too difficult, then just move on to the next one.
