An edgy paranormal romance that will take your breath away.
I used to love fairy tales. Then werebeasts murdered my parents and marked me as the mate of a monster. It’s been seven years since then, and I thought could stop I running. I thought my mate had stopped hunting me. I thought I’d never have to worry about the need his touch could wake in me. I thought I was safe.
I was wrong.
**The Moonfate serial contains all four installments: Moonbound, Huntbound, Bloodbound and Heartbound.**
I wasn't tired, so I thought about starting a book in the middle of the night. Six hours later, I finally went to bed after reading the whole series. It was addictive from the start, I needed to know more about what was happening to Artemis. Sylvia Frost created a world I want to live in (and I wouldn't mind. Y own mark, thank you very much.) There were a bunch of extremely entertaining characters, and one of the amazing thing is that Sylvia didn't mind killing some of them off - it's rare and it shocked the hell out of me. I was, like "he isn't really dead, is he? Nahh. He'll come back." He didn't. My favourite part in the entire series is Artemis and Orion's first interaction. Seriously. Cool. He's got everything a book boyfriend should have. In short, hurry up and get it. Seriously worth it.
Have you ever read a book that you weren't really sure you liked? That's this book for me. There were parts of this story that drew me in, but just as many that pushed me away. I persevered and finished it, but I can't say I'd pick up any others by this author based on this book.
3.75-4 stars Only told in hpov which sucks b/c I wanted the H pov. I liked both MC. The story held my interest. There was action & romance. Some steamy sex scenes.
H was all alpha dominant male who loved & cherished the h. h was a BBW.
Awesome series well worth reading. Highly recommend Moonbound 5 stars Very original storyline New and intriguing on take on shifters and mating. Strong female lead who's life was destroyed by shifters who killed her parents and she has never found out why. Resisting becoming a mate but needs his help to save her friend. Well written and very entertaining as well as an intriguing story. Looking forward to the next book in the series.
Huntbound 5 Stars WOW. What a powerful story Action packed and very entertaining storyline with several twists and turns. Artemis meets her destined mate Orion and the pull is almost more than she can resist. But somehow she does until she goes home to find her best friend missing and a dead body in her house. With no one else to call and help her, she ends up calling Orion. And this is where things really start to get interesting. I received this book in exchange for an honest review.
Bloodbound 5 Stars Resistance only make it worst The investigation into Lawrence’s kidnapping is in progress with Orion’s help. Orion’s belief that Artemis Williams is dead is something she needs to prove to him that she is the real one. But why fake her death to that office and not the world? Who and why are they trying to hide her. Plus being so close to Orion and with ever touch the pull becomes stronger and harder to resist for Artemis. And the surprise that comes from her DNA, well you’ll just have to read the book to find that one out. Well written and very captivating story. Looking forward to the next installment.
Heartbound 5 Stars Tying everything up to a conclusion In this well written conclusion to the series you have lots of action and adventure happening throughout the book. You have people who you think you know and finding out they're not who they say they are. Kidnapping, someone gets shot, one person call the wrong person thinking it for the right reason and a whole lot more. Artemis and Orion are falling for each other but things conspire to tear them apart. And then that mass of supernatural’s that are moving in a hoard for an unknown reason and the FBSI has to act before people get killed. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book that ties everything up together and gives you a HEA at the end.
wow I absolutely needed this fab para read. ;) Artemis and Orion haven't had an easy time each fighting their past, that is holding them back from enjoying their future. can they each move past the losses they have suffered and move forward together or will the past continue to come between them.
this book sucked me in... I was reading every spare second I had, bus rides to and from work between appointments, and while my eyes were fighting to close :) artemis was so adorable, such a horrific past that she couldn't let go of, that was stopping her from moving forward and embracing the life she was set to live. Orion was fighting his own past, but unlike Artemis he knew what was needed to move on.
grab this fab box set and demolish Sylvia's amazing words. warning this book gets super hot at times.
Really great read... I honestly barely put it down, only when I absolutely had no choice. A few questions were left open still, but over all the twists and turns were a bit like a roller coaster ride.... Really an excellent read in an alternate world where were beasts are a norm....sort of...😁
I liked the strong female character. The story was engaging, interesting and held my attention. It would have been frustrating to read as a serial but I read it all at once.
Great story and beautifully written. This book I could not put down. There are enough twists and turns to make me happy. Thos book is amazing and i can't wait to read more.
Really enjoyed this series, something different but still on my path of interests. Thank you for the journey of Artemis and Orien and many other interesting characters.
Sylvia Frost didn't just write a story but an adventure of true dramatic events. Unlike twilight were boy meets girl, girl likes boys blah blah blah. Here you have lost, tradey, pain, fear , acceptance, love and strength. I was given this worthwhile series in exchange for an honest review and I say don't think twice READ IT... The story has four parts but each are equally important to the story in whole. I will try to give insight on each one so you can get a glimpse of what you would be missing if you do not read these books.. Moonbound Here you get to meet the characters and see some of there challenges. Artemis is a beautiful big woman with curves that could make a man cry and a voice that can smooth the soul. But she doesn't has the confidence she should have...what? Well many many many years ago hers parents were brutality murdered by werebeast. Why? Well she doesn't know yet but what she does know is that the same time she was marked by a crescent move tattoo stating that she was to be a mate to a werewolf somewhere. No!! Never! She screams, nevertheless a mate she is.. And what's worst is he is coming for her, the dreams prove that to her. She needs to run. The only thing good she has right now is her best friend Lawrence and her great boss Lola. Will she run? Or stay? She talks to Lawrence and decides to see if she can find her mate and see how close he really is and what she finds out is scary...
Huntbound Artemis dreams of her mate are nothing compared to him in person. Orion is so super sexy that she can't help but me attracted to him but he still scares her. But things have gotten complicated, Lawrence has been taken and only Orion can help her. She meets his friend name Cal who is a creature too and scRy too. She also meets stefania a super smart tech that works for Orion and who is the only person to prove Artemis is who she is.. More questions are coming to the forefront but one thing is becoming clear, Orion is not out to hurt her but is scared of losing her. But there are still secrets that need to be reviled. What are they? Will they affect the new relationship between Artemis and Orion?
Bloodbound So Artemis has decided that she can't be without Orion. She loves him and no matter what comes against them she will stick to him. She gives herself to him completely and finds love and protection in return. They are a team! But a friend betrayed her and another is still lost, more secrets are coming to view and she finds the horrible truth is why her parents really died.. She also learns about Orion pain and fears. But worst she learns who did it all.. Will she blame Orion? Will she stay with him? Can she save him from death itself?
Heartbound Orion must face his father Apollo but he has Artemis by his side. She has a power to a secret weapon and will use it to save a friend and her love. We also find out the truth behind the reason Apollo has done all the evil he has. We also learn that Cal's mate is Stefania but will it progress? Here is where the future will be determined for Artemis and Orion, and for Lawrence himself.. Life is never as simple as we all wish but it is exactly what we need. Loved this series. Can't wIt for more... Maybe Cal's story or Lawrence... Read the Heart throbbing, in your face danger with a splash of forever treasure.

THE MOONFATE SERIES by Sylvia Frost
Artemis Williams' world shattered seven years ago when her parents were murdered by werebeasts. Been left with a mate mark of a monster, she runs from everything, from everyone, from him. Until he catches her.
Alpha arctic werewolf Orion North has finally caught his mate. He is determined to claim her and figure out her secrets. If it means helping her find her missing vampire roommate he will. Orion has a secret too, which if they aren't careful could destroy them both.
Moonfate is a four book series, made up of Moonbound, Huntbound, Bloodbound and Heartbound. These books were a blend of strange and wonderful. I found this authors attention to detail and her view on the paranormal to be creative and quiet unique. She manages to capture these and apply these qualities throughout the story and add it to paper perfectly. The storyline was interesting, exciting and had lots of action, and the characters were well defined and very likable. I did come across a few grammatical errors along the way but nothing too disruptive towards the story. Overall I loved this story, as much for its originality as the authors storytelling. I definitely recommend this series!
Book 1 This a good beginning for the story of Artemis and Orion. Artemis has a mate mark that says she is the mate for Orion. Orion is a wolf shifter. But she fights the bond she feels towards him and her past. A past where her parents were killed by shifters. How can she trust one to be his mate, but the pull is so hard.
Book 2 Artemis' best friend has been taken. And the only person who can really help is Orion, her mate. A mate she refuses to accept, but working together may change everything.
Book 3 Artemis and Orion are fighting the need to finish their bond. But it could take only a single touch to push either of them over the edge.
Book 4 The conclusion to the story of Artemis and Orion. Highly suggested to read in order.
Artemis has the chance to save her friend. But only with the help of her mate Orion. The past will come back to haunt both of them. And some friends are now the enemy.
Orion is a wolf shifter looking for his mate. Artemis is bloodmated and on the run. 4 parts all together!! You know you read the blurb. My rating: 4 and 3/4 STARS! Let me explain where that other fourth star went. At one point Artemis is attempting to save her vampire friend, Lawrence. She is inside a crashed van looking for him on her hands and knees through crushed glass. It's mentioned that she is bleeding from her palms and knees. Afterwards, Orion is checking her and there is no mention of that. Maybe just an error? But it stayed with me and totally bugged me. LoL. It's just me which is why I still hit the 5 for a rating! Otherwise this is an awesome story with so much action and thrills. Be happy it's all in one cause having to wait for the next part would have killed me!! You really won't want to put this down. Read most of it in one sitting...had to sleep at some point. LOL. Would definitely recommend this as your next read!
I received a copy of this boxset from the author, in exchange for an honest review.
I can honestly say that once I started reading about Artemis and her journey after that tragic night, I was HOOKED, there was just something about the courage Artemis shows in this book/ series. Then add in her mate, alpha Orion who's been on the hunt ever since the dreams started. But this is about their coming together finally & breaking down the mistrust to save Artemis' vamp friend Lawrence.... but finding out there is more happening. I especially loved the little tidbits at the start of each chapter about the werebeasts & the weremates. I'm so glad I was able to read this serial in full & not in the parts when they were first published, I'm not sure I could have handled the break between each part. I loved how everything was tied up nicely at the end... although I could definitely read about this set of characters.
This is a fantastic series with a nice new take on the shifters and their mating. Artemis Williams life is totally changed when her parents are murdered and she is marked as a mate to a werewolf. Seven years later Orion finds his mate and their attraction and chemistry is off the charts but some how Artemis is able to walk away until she makes it home to find her best friend missing and a very dead body in her house. With no one else to turn to she calls Orion and that is where all of the fun begins. This series is full of twists, turns and surprises, it is action packed and fast paced with plenty of heart pounding romance. The series is very addictive and you become more so with each progressive book. The characters are extremely engaging and they easily draw you into their world for a wonderful book vacation. This is a must read!!!
I recieved this series in exchange for an honest review. Sylvia Frost has given us a new spin on shifter mythology. Artemis Williams is orphaned after her parents are slaughtered by "bad" shifters, and she's also been left with a "mate mark" she must keep hidden. Orion North is a shifter of the best kind, and he's been searching for his mate for years. When their 2 world's collide again, Artemis' best friend is kidnapped, and she has no one else to turn too, the hits keep coming and the past catches up with them. This is an edge of your seat, hold on for the ride, fast paced series that will keep you wanting more, and thankful the next book is only a page turn away.I was truly sad to get to Heartbound, the last book in the series, and will be looking into more of Sylvia Frost's books.
Moonfate is a compilation of Sylvia Frost’s serials: Moonbound, Huntbound, Bloodbound and Heartbound. A unique take on shifter mates kept the storyline interesting with plenty of action.
Artemis Williams is determined to live a life far away from her mate, especially after shifters destroyed her family all those years ago. Orion North has finally found his mate. When Artemis’ friend is taken, she is forced to turn to Orion. But once her friend is saved she has no intentions of sticking around. Although, Artemis soon learns that resisting her mate only makes it harder.
Unlike other serials I have read, I found the transition between serials to be smooth flowing. A Happily Ever After for the shifter paranormal romance fan. The Moonfate Boxed Set was provided by the author for an honest review. 4.5/5
At 13, Artemis Williams, went camping with her parents. One night well Artemis was trying to sleep, her parents were attacked and killed by a werebeasts which send Artemis to escape and running for her life. Now seven years later she is still running and hiding, but for a different reason, Artemis is hiding from her weremate. But trouble follows her not only does she run into her mate, her best friend, Lawrence, is kidnap, she fines a dead body in her house and now people are trying to capture her. This series is full of murder, werebeasts, weremates, crazy father, love and plane old who done it. Each book I read is better then the last. I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
This is the review for all the complete series. What do you do when your whole family is killed in front of you and you are marked as the mate of those who destroyed your life? You run and hide of course. Aye is has been living this nightmare for the last seven years with her Vampire roommate and best friend. When her destined mate Orion finds her but things don't go as planned for neither of them. Artemis fights her attraction but when her friend goes missing only Orion can help her. This is an exciting series that takes you a roller coaster ride of excitement and sexual tension between our main characters. This is an awesome collection that will pull you in and you don't want to stop until it is done.
I received a copy of this book for a honest review.
This serial includes Moonbound, Huntbound, Bloodbound, and Heartbound from the Moonfate Series by Sylvia Frost. These books surround an on the run Artemis and her werebeast Orion as they deal with the challenges of overcoming her past and secrets along with the pressure of matebonding. Be prepared for some loops and twists as they try to control and hunt down exactly what has become of Artemis’ roommate Law. If you like a different take and spin on your shifters {werepufferfish anyone} and their mates then you certainly need to pick up this set. I can only hope it’s not the last of this series because I want to read more and find out for myself what other kinds of shifters Frost can dream up.
Once again Sylvia Frost has done an excellent job! This series is riviting and will keep you turning the pages. The characters are funny, exciting, strong, fiesty and sexy. I loved their story and how you got a couple new and different perspectives on weres. This story is not like all the other were/shifter books out there. The scenes are well described so you feel like you are right their with Artemis and Orion. The story definitely has lots of twists and turns so you will wonder what creative idea the author will have next. The storyline moves at a quick pace and makes it difficult to put the book down. Loved it!! Can not wait to see what next creative story Sylvia comes up with.
In Sylvia's Moonfate series you get two very powerful alphas, our wonderful heroine, and our very hot hot hero! Orion and Artemis. These two are really on a up and down winding never know what will happen next adventure. I've read all the books in individual form, but here, you get a huge binge worthy hunk of book all in one. From page one to the end you will be laughing, crying, gasping in distress and edge of your seat excited gripping your e reader. Very well worth reading! Sylvia gifted me an ARC to review this boxed set.
Artemis has been on the run for years from her mate. She is marked and knows that he is trying to find her. Orion is werewolf and does not intend to let her go once he finds her.
There are many secrets and lots of pain in the past for both of them. When they finally meet, it is an intense battle between attraction and fear for Artemis.
I really enjoyed the story. The characters are well developed and there is a lot of action and suspense as these two go on a journey which leads them to truths they never expected.
I was given this in exchange for an honest review. I am a big fan of shifters and I found this to be a different type than the others. Artemis is aware that she has a mate and that he is looking for her from the time she is 13. Over the years, she has avoided him and continued to hide. After a dead body is found and her best friend is missing, she asks Orion to help her find her friend and run from the people who are after her. This was a great read that I didn't want to put down!
