Star Wars: Republic Commando, Volume 1
Bred from the genetic material of the legendary bounty hunter Jango Fett, clone troopers are created to be the very best soldiers in the galaxy. And the Republic commandos are the best of the best. A long dangerous journey lies ahead, through hostile territory brimming with Trandoshan slavers, Separatists and suspicious natives. A single misstep could mean discovery...and death.

The second book didn't interest me nearly as much as #1. But I'd still give it 4 stars overall.

An interesting collection of tales from the perspective of Republic troopers. If you are interested in the military side of the republics story this would be the collection for you.
