When an outbreak causes people to become husks of their former selves, you’d think zombies would be the worst of your problems. But when governments fall, militaries abandon people, and society crumbles, humanity, or the lack thereof, is the greatest threat. So, while I struggle with my inner demons, I’m forced to fight every second to survive in my search for civilization. It’s not enough just to stay alive out here, though. True survival is to not let this hellish land take my humanity and leave another monster in its wake. My name is Eric, and this is A Broken World.
Writing has always been my passion, and everything I write has a piece of me invested in it. I love my characters, even the villains, and their stories, so I want to share them for others to enjoy and experience. I've learned a lot in terms of writing, and life, and am constantly finding out new things, so thank you to everyone for the support and encouragement along the way. I will add that the community is one of the main reasons I wanted to write, because it's so unique, so being a part of it makes writing so much more fun.
This book is good the action, the gore, the zombies and even the cannibals simply diabolocal. But I have to point out a few things that couldn't give. This man was in special forces but the rookie mistakes he made, sounded otherwise. Like sleeping in a tent during an apocalypse? And in the city! I think this book would have been very good but fell a little short. The end wasn't what I expected. I also did not like the Kat character she kept on putting her's and Eric's life in danger, from cannibals to zombies! She ultimately caused Eric's death.

This book just drags on with one bad decision after another. Being prior military I feel offended that this writer could create such an incompetent special forces character. Just had to throw in the towel and switch to a different genre.
I can't remember reading this but I must have because when I re borrowed it from Kindle Unlimited it was on the last page. That tells me I skimmed through just to finish or it was horrible.
