Natalie is a nineteen year old struggling with her independence while dealing with her cerebral palsy. One night after seeing her boyfriend, who now has had to much to drink and can't drive her home, she takes his car to go home and is involved in a hit and run. She tells her boyfriend what happened, but doesn't turn herself into the authorities. As time goes on the secret continues to eat at both of them and a fracture develops in their relationship. The situation becomes even worse for Natalie when she realizes she has befriended the son of the victim in the accident. Will she ever do the right thing and turn herself in? This book will hook you and hold your attention right from the very start. You can't help but feel bad for Natalie, and yet at the same time want her to do the right thing. What will happen between her and Andrew?
