Unlike some other reproductions of classic texts (1) We have not used OCR(Optical Character Recognition), as this leads to bad quality books with introduced typos. (2) In books where there are images such as portraits, maps, sketches etc We have endeavoured to keep the quality of these images, so they represent accurately the original artefact. Although occasionally there may be certain imperfections with these old texts, we feel they deserve to be made available for future generations to enjoy.

This is a magnificent book.

You will enjoy this book if you love church history, Wales, and the theology of preaching and the Spirit. So, pretty niche!

The author does a deep dive into the life and preaching of some great Welsh preachers from the 18th and 19th Centuries, comparing their preaching styles, sermons and lives.

Lot's to think about.

A good read on how God used these humble preachers of Wales, greatly moved by the Holy Spirit with their illustrative and lively preaching to bring many souls to Christ during the Welsh Revivals.
