Helpful for understanding what affects kids with developments differences but it seemed a bit repetitive in order to be longer.

The first chapter is most useful for adults with ADHD, and the remaining chapters provided some insight but I feel like I could have obtained this information with a simple google search - which I did afterwards.

I recommend this for parents in general because it helps understand the importance of nutrition with kids.

Love the organized way the information is outlined in the book. Great reference guide. A little repetitive.
