Good book about leadership taking the beatitudes as an example for those that are in some kind of leadership. I will encorege any one that is leading to read this books or similars to develop even more his level of example and trust.

Good read on leadership. Expands on Jesus' Beatitudes for 8 Principles to gain trust from the people you lead.
