About the author

I live in a small town in Wisconsin. From my deck, I can see the Mississippi River on one side and the bluffs, where eagles live and nest on the other side. I live with my husband Dave and dog Buddy. My two children are grown and I have two grandchildren. I love to watch people and that has helped me with my writing. I often use people I watch as characters in my books and I always try to give my characters some of my own values and habits.

I love to create characters and put them in a troubling situation then sit back and let them do all the work. My characters surprise even me at times. At some point in the book, they take on a life of their own and the twists and turns they create becomes the story. Of all the stories, I could write I found I like mystery/thrillers the best. I like to keep my readers guessing until the very end of the book.

Jammed pack full of drama and some very disturbing actions. How much can one person possibly go through until they are rendered comatose drooling in a corner...well apparently Cassie isn't one of those people. It's interesting to read how these two people (Deke and Cassie) try to have a relationship when neither one of them knows whats involved. I'm not sure how old Deke is but we know that Cassie is 21-22 I think??? As time goes on more and more people are coming out of the woodwork....makes for exciting times. Looking forward to reading the next book in the series.

Amazing!! Deke and Cassie’s story continues with another installment in the Satan’s Spawn series. Just when you think these two are ready for their HEA all h*ll breaks loose. What you thought you had known from Spawn and Spitfire turns and hits you right upside your head yet again! Is Cassie ever going to find peace? Will Deke finally give in and admit his true feelings for Cassie or will being the President of Satan’s Spawn hold strong to what he believes owning a woman is all about?

This is a great continuation on Deke and Cassie with some of the surprising events leaving you always wondering, what could happen next. I can’t wait to read the next installment in this fantastic series.

BACKSTABBING!!!
Talk about playing with fire. Dahlen holds all the cards in this bad boy. We say bring it. Well, she brought it. This is another thrilling ride on this MC parade. The characters are well developed and believable. Their personalities are strong with qualities and flaws that we catch up close and personal. The scenes are so graphic and descriptive it paints one dynamic backdrop. The twists and turns abound as tension and suspense skyrocket. Talk about stepping off the deep end not knowing how to swim. Dahlen did an incredible job bringing bringing this read together beautifully. Great job Dahlen, thanks for sharing this awesome read with us.

I'm really loving this series, characters, storyline. The chemistry between Deke & Cassie is incredible. The side character relationships that are or have developed are heartfelt, making me want Dahlen to expand more on them. I only have one minor issue. Although I adore Cassie's character, how much abuse and violence can one persons body endure? I feel like she should have died many chapters ago. I try to never judge an author's vision, but it seems a tad unrealistic for Cassie to still be alive after all that trauma. This being said, I will continue to recommend this book, the series and continue reading. Happy Reading to you!!!

This is a entertaining read. This book continues Deke and Cassie's story. It is filled with more drama, action, intensity, passion,secrets, surprises and danger. Ghosts from Cassie's past continue to rise up and cause problems in her present by threatening her newfound happiness with Deke and even her life. Gripping, dark, gritty and raw, this book and series contains content that may be too dark or be triggers for some people (child abuse/sexual abuse). Please be aware of this before reading this books and series. This is my honest, voluntary review.

I received this brilliant book from the author which I absolutely loved and am happily reviewing and recommending hoping that other enjoy it as much as I did. Continuing on with Cassie and Deke's life with the Satan Spawn MC. Starting with the discovery of an Uncle for Cassie Deacon who is also a member of the MC. Great storyline and additional wonderful characters make this book both intriguing and exciting. New discoveries and old enemies who seem to arise from the dead make this a must read book

Trigger Warning

Cassie thought she was finally going to get her happy ever after. Deke thought that they were finally safe. The past is a fickle thing. Will Deke be able to rescue her before it is to late? Will Cassie give into the darkness?

Just like the first book this one kept me on my toes! I loved how strong Cassie was. Deke proved that he wasn't just brute strength. Good read with twisty turns!

Cassie and Deke's journey continues in this book 2. For someone who had nobody in the world, people start popping up! Cassie's uncle is a member of the Mc, they discover this because of a painting on the wall....Then shocking new info leads Cassie to a sister. Deke is busy trying to keep Cassie safe, but she's head strong and has always taken care of herself, until she can't! But she has lot's of people in her corner now! I am loving this series so much I'm on to book 3!

I received volume one of Satan’s Spawn MC for a voluntary, completely honest and non incentivized review: these are great, well paced stories. There’s heartbreak, passion, drama and even cornet. There’s plenty of heat and characters are well developed. Deke and Cassie have an emotional and suspenseful journey that would probably crush most couples and individuals. But these characters are so strong, yet fragile and had me cheering them on!

Just when you think Deke and Cassie have earned a break and can work on their relationship, more crap hits the fan. More of Cassie’s ugly childhood comes to light. Meeting the new characters that have their own stories or will as the series develops was interesting. Again, this book is well paced and a page turner from start to finish...... Jumping into Book 4!!

With everything Cassie Ryan has gone through finding out that she is pregnant with Deke's babies and being hunted by someone presumed dead. She almost caves in on her selfs I love the way this book shows the horrors of the way these young women lived there early years and the people who love them rally around them lift them up to show them how strong they are for surviving.

Revenge And Retribution is the continuing story of MC president Deke and his old lady Cassie. Must read in order to follow the story. This is a good story, filled with drama, action, and twists and turns, that will keep you turning the pages. The characters are okay, I'm just not feeling them.
