I really liked this book! I liked the story more than what I expected.
The story is about Dillon, 24 and Ashlyn, early twenties.
Ashlyn's best friend, Sarah was a back-up dancer for the hottest boy band, Right Time. She took a three-week vacation and was excited to see and spend her time with Sarah for a little over a week then she'll explore America on her own for two weeks.
She did not expect the strong attraction she felt for Dillon and yes, Dillon felt the same way too. But he did not want a relationship and he thought they're not going to work because she lives in Australia and he lives in London when he's not on tour. But since she's on a vacation and promised herself to have fun, she agreed to have a friends with benefit set-up while she's on tour with them.
On the day she's leaving, Dillon stopped her and asked her to spend the rest of her vacation with him. He wanted a relationship with her. They spent their time together until her vacation's over and she needed to go back to Australia.
It was nice that they did everything to make their relationship work. There were issues about fans, paparazzi and everything that comes with being in a band but they're just light issues. And they didn't let anything or anyone ruin their relationship.
It also has a very cute epilogue. I loved it!

Ashlyn is excited to see her best friend and spend a week on tour with the boy band she is touring with. She doesn't expect the instant attraction to Dillon though.
Dillon is used to women falling over him, he enjoys it but never asks for a repeat performance though. With Ashlyn though he wants more than one night. She is only there for a week though, he fights his feeling but decides she is worth it to ask for more than one week.
Very fun read, Ashlyn and Dillon are not an instant couple, he is so rude in the begging. However, I think it was because Ashlyn made him feel something he was not prepared for. Another great Hazel Gower read.

4.5 Stars - I really enjoyed Dillon, the story was well written and I loved the dynamics and banter between the characters. I look forward to reading more books from this series and many more books by Hazel Gower.
Dillon Blake is part of Right Time the hottest boy band going around. Not only is the band hot but so is its members and Dillon knows just how hot he is. With his good looks and British accent, he thinks he can have whatever and whoever he wants.
Ashlyn Dobbs is headed for some much needed time away from her family, especially her two overprotective brother. Going to spend some time with her best friend Sarah, a dancer for the group Right Time, Ashlyn then intends to set out and do some sightseeing on her own.
Full of arrogance, nothing prepares Dillon for the night Sarah shows up with her best friend Ashlyn. Dillon can’t explain the instant draw to her but he knows he needs to get her close. Ashlyn feels connected to Dillon immediately but his rude, arrogant behavior leaves her with second thought. As time passes Dillon finally gets Ashlyn alone and nothing will equip either of them for how that moment will change their lives forever.

Im not a fan of rockstar romances but when I saw it was written by one of my favorites, HG, I decided to try it.
For a long time, I thought the couple were teenagers until I realized midway through the book they were not(Im still confused!)
Anyways, the story went to fast for me- it kept being two days later- two weeks later and boom we were at the end. Maybe this is just not my genre.
Going to stay excited for Carl though.

Was a great read and different to other books i had read about bands which was refreshing, the story drew me in and the longer i was learning about the characters the more i fell in love with them. Look forward to more or others by this author.

If you're looking for easy, quick, sexy read without any dramas, this is the story for you. You will love Dillon. He was really great. The way he was with his girl... Yeah, you will love him. :)

Ms Gower is a new author for me. I really enjoyed this book even though it was different from what I usually read. The story drew me in and left me wanting more. Dillon is in a rock band on tour when he meets Ashlyn who is a friend of Sarah's, a dancer for the band. Ashlyn and Dillon are instantly attracted to each other. The only problem is he is an arrogant ass and she's just there to have fun before continuing her vacation. Do opposites really attract? I loved the twist towards the end of the book.

I loved Dillon and Ashlyn's story. They had an instant connection and although Dillon is a rock star he isn't at all the typical stereotype. The had a great time together and I loved when they reconnected even though the circumstances weren't great. A great story and I would love to see a story about Ashlyn's brothers I really liked them even though they are too meddling!
