Kinda repetitive at some points. Skimmed a lot at the beginning and ends of chapters + most of the final chapter because it was mostly just summary of other parts of the book, but other than that it was pretty good. I wasn’t super hooked even though this is one of my favorite topics to read about but I think it was mostly just because of how slow summary sections could be
