Susan Leigh Carlton lives near Tomball, Texas, a suburb twenty-six miles northwest of Houston. She began writing and publishing on Amazon in August 2012.
Susan observed the eighty-seventh anniversary of her birth on April 17th, 2021. She says, “I quit having birthdays because they are so depressing. Now, I have anniversaries of my birth.” Susan and her husband celebrated their fifty-fifth wedding anniversary on April 16th, 2021, the day before her eighty-seventh birthday.

A Western Time Travel Romance

Susan writes a unique Western Romance. It starts out in modern times with her fiancé having an affair as Abby catches him in the act. Abby goes to visit her Grandparents in Wyoming to get away from the embarrassment. As the story unfolds, she travels back in time by a freak storm. Abby is discovered by a wagon train outside of the area her Grandparents live in.
This sweet romance takes a modern woman and forces her to discover the Old West first hand. Will she find love in the Old West or miss her life in 2015? Can she travel back to her own time or will she be stuck in the Old West forever?
I recommend this book to those who love Western Romance, Mail Order Brides, Clean Romance, and Time Travel.

Loved the story line . And how at the end of the book that the other Abby was still there.
