this is one of those books which you like but dont like at the same time. I like it because of its thorough discussion of intermittent fasting, which is why one would go read it, in the first place. But then it seems like bro science. It kind of like seem to challenge scientific wisdom but at the same time presents many scientific studies, without any references. This is a controversial topic, some studies say it works others say it doesn't work (especially regarding the books advocacy regarding giving up the breakfast, which many scientific studies suggest is a required, beneficial mean of the day). I mean I would have to go research this whole IF thing on my own, but in the mean time I am going to be implementing IF intermittently, in the lifestyle.
