Ah I don't know....story had potential and from the start there was something promising.
And a lot of bad sex - hate that!

Caralee is in the wrong place at the wrong time and it changes her life completely.
Her friend Rod took her to a drug deal which went wrong, he ended up dead and she managed to find her way to a biker clubhouse only problem is Rod was a member of the Rebels MC and Caralee finds herself in the Demons MC clubhouse. The Demon's are not interested in her and the trouble she brings to their door until Ford steps forward and claims her as his.
Ford and Caralee go way back and he can't ignore her as she stands there completely out of her depth but as soon as the words have left his mouth he realises what a huge decision he's just made for both himself and his club.
With the club behind them they're told to marry and make it official and then comes the job of unraveling what's happened and seeing if war can be avoided.
I loved Ford, he's everything you look for in a biker hot, loyal and lethal, I liked the Demons and most of the time I liked Caralee but unfortunately she has what seems to have become the compulsory TSTL moment. I mean this is a girl who witnesses her friend being killed at a drug deal, the killers have her purse so they know who she is and they want her, Ford claims her to keep her safe and has her guarded but she doesn't like being kept a prisoner! Seriously.
Anyway despite Caralee's stupid moment this is an entertaining read gritty at times hot at others with one dirty talking biker and his incredibly lucky lucky wife.
I read the version with the bonus novel 'Kinged' I was so involved in 'Biker's Bride' that I forgot all about 'Kinged' and therefore when 'Biker's' started winding down it took me by surprise. 'Biker's Bride' actually ends at just past halfway in.

Ford and Carolee were good characters. Carolee was a strong female amidst the biker world. Though it wasn't a world she was immersed in on a regular basis, she she crosses paths with Ford years later, she takes to it quite quickly. She doesn't back down and is stubborn through and through but she's a great person with a good heart that needed up in a bad situation. A "Wrong place, wrong time" kinda of thing.
When Carolee storms into the Demons MC asking for help, Ford recognizes her and immediately takes it upon himself to to be her protector. Though it's been years they remember a special night they shared where they bonded over their similar family situations. Circumstances after that resulted in misunderstandings about what happened to the other. However, they both grew to be strong individuals; which made them a good pair when they meet up again.
Ford is a badass biker, by has a good heart. He was a great dirty talker and he loves the life he chose. He relishes in the heat that the MC life can result in. He loves the danger, but not when Carolee gets caught in the middle and though they were thrown together under dire circumstances, he steps up to do whatever is necessary to protect her.
The story was good and I can't pinpoint anything bad about it, it's just that...it was missing the umph I would normally get from a biker story. There was a bit of suspense, but it didn't feel suspenseful, to me. Overall it was a good and quick ready. Great for a story to over a book hangover.

I liked this book, but I can not say that I was shocked, the story is good, it's about a girl who falls in love with the bad boy on the side, but nothing ever happens before each one takes their course, years later they meet again under complex situations, she is in danger and he can help her stay safe, but during this time the feelings of yesteryear resurface.
All this takes place in an environment of MC, tough guys, a lot of alcohol and dirty sex, which would improve it, the dialogues in the hot scenes are definitely flat and repetitive, they feel forced and the end I think it was a bit hasty, it could have worked a little more in it.

There's just something about sexy biker BBFs!!!
~~~I received an ARC of Biker’s Bride by B.B. Hamel for an honest review!~~~
This is the ninth book of B.B. Hamel's that I have received as an ARC and reviewed, and she never disappoints!!! Though she is know for her step-brother books, this time she switched it up and wrote a biker gang story. She still has the head-strong, obstinate heroine, and yet now she has the rough, arrogant, bossy and sexy biker hero!
Caralee is an independent young college student that made a friend with a biker club dude named Rod. Even though Rod is in love with her, she can only see him as younger brother type friend, one with whom she gets her jollies off riding behind him on his motorcycle. Crazy reason to keep someone as a friend when you know he wants more. She out with him on a joy ride, though he said he had to do some club business first so has her hide behind some bushes to be out of sight. But the drop goes wrong and Rod ends up dead!!! Somehow she manages to eventually flag down someone to drive her to town and heads straight for a biker club she was at once with Rod. Unfortunately it is not Rod’s club and the bikers start yelling at her to leave when she recognizes someone from her past, who at the next moment “claims” her.
Ford is known as a rough, killing, manwhore. He has been a part of the Demons MC since he was out of high school, became a member after his stint in jail. He loved the taste of war and women, hated to be idle. His rough childhood was what made him the way he is today. He never wanted to be hitched to one woman, hence why he never slept with the same girl more than once...that is until Caralee slammed in through the clubhouse doors. With Caralee’s frantic plea, he soon recognized her as the girl next-door and as was the case back then, he felt need to protect her so he “claimed” her!
This story takes us through all the pitfalls of the misunderstandings that occurred in the past, and the new ones that bring the Demons MC into war with the Rebels and the Snakes. There is so much pent up sexual tension and anger over the past misunderstandings between Caralee and Ford, which allows for tensions to run high in the Demons MC. The club has been enjoying a period of peace and quiet non-war time which goes against Ford’s love of war, so the trouble Caralee brings to the club is welcomed by Ford.
I loved the build up and story plot, though I wouldn't say it's as well written as some of the MC romances by authors that specifically only write MC romances. There were occasional spelling issues, wrongs words used, and occasionally the wrong MC name written at times, but the copy I have read is an ARC copy so hopefully these mistakes have been addressed. The flow of the story was good, had trouble putting it down until I was done. The sex scenes were well done, thoroughly explained so you felt you were there watching them go. If mature scenes are not your thing, then don't read any of Ms Hamel’s books!!! I will recommend this book to anyone who loves a good sexually charged romance with an added twist of danger, and I look forward to the next book that B.B. Hamel writes!!!

Where do I start? Beware spoilers below!
If I could I this book no stars I would. This is the first book by is author I absolutely did not like. The grammar and punctuation was bad. Not to mention that when I read about this book on Amazon, it did not warn me that the book ended at twenty five percent. I was not able to continue to the other story since it was bad, I barely made it through Ford and Carlee's story.
What to say about the characters? Ford was way passed alpha male to arrogant and borderline disgusting. He was sure of himself like he was god and could do no wrong. Carlee was down right stupid and quick to judge. She was also snobbish in a way.
The plot, oh my god! I have read many MC romance novels and none this terrible. So Carlee gets herself in a sticky situation and then goes running to a rival club for help. Duh! You don't go to rival clubs because you will get killed. Then Ford claims her within five minutes. The president of the club insists that Ford and Carlee marry and soon. So Carlee plans on fighting Ford after they marry about sex. She didn't even last through her reception.
The night of the wedding Ford is called away for club business. She wakes up angry and then makes a big so of planning on telling him off and then when she does see him the anger is gone. A few chapters after thus they have a bug fight with a rival club, and that president gets away. Then they have sex again and everything is magically better. The end and the live happily ever after.
There were so many mistakes like that fact that Jester (rival club pres.) uses Larkin's (Ford's president), to call Ford and he doesn't even question where or why Jester is using Larkin's phone. Then later when Ford returns to the clubhouse, he doesn't Even question Larkin as to why Jester had his phone.
Also major club members, anyone who is usually patched and on the board so to speak usually sits in on club meetings instead of outside wit the pledges.
Also when Carlee screamed about the two bikers outside her window, normally a 'pledge' would not take her to the biggest room in the house with the most open doors and windows. Usually she would be taken to the safest room in the house.
I am sorry to this author, but I couldn't stand to even finish the rest of the book of bonus content. I barely made it tough the first story. I highly recommend skipping this book. It wasn't worth the .99 I paid for it.

Chalk up another one for B. B. Hamel. I loved "Biker's Bride." It was FANTASTIC!!!! I love reading about bad boys in Motorcycle Clubs. I hope that this one becomes a series. So many members of this club to choose from. Great opportunity here. I totally recommend this book to anybody who loves a GREAT MC book!!!!

I received this book from ARC in exchange for my honest review. I really enjoyed this book I mean you got a cocky mc member and a college girl, what could possibly go wrong?
Caralee was a college student that went on a ride with a mc member and the situation went wrong and caralee got herself into some serious stuff. She needed help because an mc was after her and her life was on the line.
Ford, a hot, cocky, and an mc member... He lived by the code of the demons mc as a member they came first and he loved it. He loved the adrenaline the club brought and the respect he received. He lived in the moment and lived free. One night at the clubhouse here walks in Caralee in hysterics asking for help. Ford and Caralee had a past and right when she was about to get the boot to the curb Ford stood up for her and told her he would help.
Ford... Very dominant and head strong took an oath to protect Caralee from all costs, but he never thought it would be this difficult because they both seem to bump heads all the time. Caralee the good girl and got stuck in a very bad situation is going crazy because she is stuck with Ford the cocky biker. She is very attracted to him but also fears of what can happen.
I definitely recommend this book if you are looking for a suspenseful book. I couldn't put it down because it captivated me from beginning to end.

I got this book for an honest review by the author, and B.B. this is the first non stepbrother book of yours I've read and I LOVED IT !
As always, the strong, hot, dark and mysterious main character was just...wow
He was bad and he wanted her in a crude sexy way.
The way she "fought" it was funny, like.... yeah girl we know you can't last long!!!
The story line is really intriguing, I'm currently in love with Sons of Anarchy, and this book was right up my alley.
The different bikers, each with a crazy way and personality made me feel in a real MC.
Caralee was a little weak for me as a character, she came up strong at first but then kind of gave up and just gave in to Ford and the club controlling her, I DONT blame her !

Tengo muchas cosas por decir sobre este libro. Primero que nada, que para ser temática MC es bastante ligero. Llegó un momento en que no veía avance, fue como si hubiese perdido el ritmo, se recupera sí, pero no es igual. Creo que darle tantas vueltas a lo de la "guerra" y que luego fuese solo una balacera restó puntos. No me puedp quejar de Ford, el cual me gustó bastante, siempre procupado por los suyos y por ayudar a Caralee, a la que amé por completo por sus problemas existanciales jaja. Llega a aburrir y cansar con su mismo cuento de esperar a que Ford la dejé, pero era atrevidita la niña. Ah, cierto, en algún momento sentí que hubieron errores sobre los detalles y lugares y confución entre los mismos personajes. Relamente no es un libro taaaan bueno, pero no una completa perdida de tiempo.

Well written in the leads pov. Sex scenes and violence. 3*

Książka dość przyjemna w czytaniu, jeśli ktoś lubi książki z bikerami, to z pewnością powinien sięgnąć po tę pozycję. Mamy tutaj gorący seks, wartka akcję, temperamentnych bohaterów.
Carolee dzięki swojemu przyjacielowi bikerowi jest świadkiem transakcji narkotykowej między dwoma klubami oraz świadkiem śmierci swojego znajomego, przez co popada w nie lada kłopoty. Pomocy szuka w innym klubie motocyklowym, gdzie zostaje "zatwierdzona" przez Forda - znajomego - sąsiada sprzed kilku lat i nie wnosi sprzeciwu, bo nie ma pojęcia, co to oznacza. I tak to zostaje starą Forda, a chwilę później jego żoną. Okazuje się, że jej znajomy nie był uczciwy podczas transakcji, więc naprawdę jest niezłych tarapatach, z których Ford próbuje ją wyciągnąć.

This is a great biker romance filled with action, suspense, many scorching hot scenes with dirty talk and rough sex. The plot is addicting, it is written by a Dual POV in present time
with a few time-lapses to the past. It has a gradual development, without losing interest. Half of the story is focused on the romantic relationship and the other half is pure action between the clubs. I would have liked to see how the Demons acted as a club and family. I enjoyed this book and I will rate it with 4 stars.
This is a great biker romance filled with action, suspense, many scorching hot scenes with dirty talk and rough sex. The plot is addicting, it is written by a Dual POV in present time
with a few time-lapses to the past. It has a gradual development, without losing interest. Half of the story is focused on the romantic relationship and the other half is pure action between the clubs. I would have liked to see how the Demons acted as a club and family. I enjoyed this book and I will rate it with 4 stars.

Raw & gritty with no apologies for it
Biker’s Bride: A Bad Boy Romance (Demons MC) by B. B. Hamel is a well written MC romance that features one awesome bad boy biker with attitude and confidence, swagger and grit. Ford is no nonsense, except when it comes to Caralee. Anything goes when it comes to her protection despite what he tells himself.
With danger and suspense throughout the plot, this book is also action packed. Add in the attraction, sexual tension and personal history between Ford and Caralee, it’s a great second chance romance as well.
Overall, a fun read with exciting characters and an absolute alpha MC. Along the way, Ford and Caralee get their HEA.

Second chance
Caralee is on a fast track to danger. She has had a rough life and just wants to be free until her friend is murdered. When she goes to someone for help it to turns out to be her old flame. I thought the characters needed more development because they seemed one dimensional. I liked the banter but at times I thought Ford was a moron. Caralee just took it for awhile until she grew a backbone. Overall it was interesting but it could have been more

If I could give it more stars I would. Ford is a true alpha hot and steamy sexy biker. Cara Lee is a college girl living on the edge. This is a heart pumping fast read rawlins sexy. Their bond begun at a early age but something unfortunate happened. Now the are forced together and their true feeling come to surface. Get a glass of wine, water or tea and sit read and enjoy the ride. Great book

Bastante entretenida.
Me gustó Ford, un hombre duro, hecho así por la vida que le tocó pero leal y fiel a los suyos.
Caralee en cambio era un poco insegura pero cuando tuvo que sacar el valor para enfrentar los líos en que se metió lo hizo con coraje y siempre apoyada por Ford.

OMG!!!! I just love this book.... I couldn't put it down at all..... It's was just so crazy how Caralee and Ford ends up together after years of being apart..... Enough said.. Wanna know more read the book beacuse it's really good :).

I loved this book. I didn't read the sports romance, I'm not into those. The rest were really good reads. I just finishes Book 2 in the Barone Crime Family, so I was pleasantly surprised to get Book 3 for free,

Stubborn, big hearted, hot as hell, biker = Ford. Who would not want one of their own! I love outlaw MC books and this did. It disappoint. Saving the girl and getting a bride. Great book.
