Qia has been through a lot in the past few months, to say the least. She has recovered most of her memory, except for what may be the most heart-wrenching secret of all. Will she remember that devastating event on her own accord, or will Jakari or Qisha decide to own up to what they did?
After sleeping with Chandler and discovering that she loves him too much to go back to being just a best friend, Qia decides she wants to have her cake and eat it too. Can Qia and Chan make it work or will their adult responsibilities quench their high school love?
For Jakari it was all fun and games until his heart ended up on the line. He not only has his own infidelity hanging over his head, but he now has to deal with the fact that his brother and his wife have slept together and can’t seem to get enough of each other. Will Jakari come clean about Anjela and the baby or will he continue to play Russian Roulette?
In the end will it be #TeamJakari, #TeamChandler, or will Qia decide to be on a team all by herself? Come along as the Robersons take you on the rollercoaster ride of your life in this sexy, drama filled finale.
All I know is.... Elle was so wrong for that ending. But you know what? I loved it! I loved this entire series. All three books of this series were FIVE STAR quality reads.
Qia, maannn....I have to be honest. I really liked her throughout this series and I really couldn't be mad about what she started with Chandler. But some where, she lost her morals. She became a little disrespectful. Don't get me wrong, I always wanted her and Chandler to be together because anyone could see the love and respect they have for each other since the very beginning of the series. They just went about it the wrong way. I kind of felt like she was using Chandler because of the hurt she felt once she walked in on Jakari and Azia. But after a while, it felt wrong. Qia completely embraced her inner hoe self and went full blast. Like I said, I understand why she did it, but damn.
Jakari, this dude was a straight up clown. I really enjoyed his downfall. He got everything he deserved. This guy was reckless. With all the dirt he's done throughout his marriage, I'm not sure how he thinks he has any room to act a fool about what had happened between Chandler and Qia. I mean, he and Qisha are the cause for Qia's accident. I had no sympathy in my heart for Jakari. He had many opportunities to do right but he just didn't have it in him and it cost him.
I loved the way the series ended. Some would call it a cliffhanger, I call it PERFECT. Great job on this series Ms. Welch! This entire series was well told. I'm really hoping these characters will pop up again in the near future. I'd love to hear more from Qisha, Azia and Jahana.
You delivered us a banger once again. Once I started reading, I refused to stop until done. There is no way this is the finale, with an ending like that. There has to be a spin off by the way ended, it just has to be. Jakhari betrayals got him what he deserved. Anjela was something, she made Jakhari's life miserable with her lies and deceit. This series was filled with a lot of drama and, it will take you on the ride of your life.
First and foremost I literally stalked waiting anxiously for this book to come out and I wasn't disappointed with the book. I will say that I was a little surprised by the actions of Qia. In books 1 & 2, Qia came across as this woman that was all the way put together she loved her husband unabashedly and was clueless to his extracurricular activities simply because she had never been given a reason to think that he would do her that way. In Book 3 after learning of all of Jakhari's betrayals and mishaps she still oscillated between both him and Chandler. Now don't get me wrong I get that just because someone betrayed you that the love doesn't immediately turn into hate but the indecisiveness that she exhibited didn't track for me with the strength of character that she had shown previously. Even with this being said and my slight disappointment in the change in her character Elle Welch put out a GREAT book!!! The fact that Jakari was hit in the face with his mountain of duplicitous behavior was just desserts for his behind. With Azia, as distasteful as her behavior was I begin to feel sorry for her the way that she was attacked by the students on social media because of her scandalous behavior. As a woman, I definitely felt some type of way because of the way that Jakari and Landon did her. I know that a man can only do as much as we as women allow but the fact that they were older than her and didn't attempt to be male role models made me feel some type of way as a woman but alas I'm going off on a tangent LOL. The scene with her mother was priceless that was the epitome of a "Black Mother" standing tall and telling it like it T-I-S!!! I don't know that I necessarily agree with the way that Chandler and Qia got together but I definitely understood it. No one wants to be involved in a bunch of mess and that's what that was but as the saying goes the heart wants what the heart wants. Overall this book was well worth the wait and even the small nuances that may have frustrated me weren't enough to take away from the overall experience. So KUDOS Ms. Welch GREAT Job!!! Not sure if there will be a part 4 I can only hope that we will get the chance to see Jakari redeem himself and learn from his horrendous mistakes and we get a TRUE happily ever after for Chandler and Qia. I would even be happy to see that Qia's sister Qisha got herself together and ultimately found love so thank you again for keeping us on the edge of our seats anxiously awaiting the next creation that you have for us!!!
This was a GREAT finale to an emotional, intense and drama-filled read. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, Jakari was in love with Qia. But it was his arrogance and narcissistic mindset that allowed him to not respect who Qia was to him. While he treated her with the utmost respect and showered her with gifts, he forgot that marriage and love requires and needs honesty to work. Then there is Chandler, Jakari's best friend and Qia's best friend who finally crosses the threshold of friendship by embracing his love and lust for Qia. It seemed to me that Chandler should have been the obvious pick, but Qia realized she was in love with two men. After continued deceit and lack of honesty, more of Jakari's secrets are exposed resulting in Qia making her departure from both of them. Sad to say, but I was hoping Anjela's daughter was Jakari because he would have finally learned how to love in a pure and selfless manner. Unfortunately, it wasn't and he must now sit on the sidelines and possibly watch his brother become the man to the woman he once called wife. While Qia and her sister didn't appear to address why she slept with Jakari, they did make amends in a subtle way. Ms. Elle, we need more and you know why. We want to see Qia win and we are not sure if the race is still being ran or who the winner may be. On that note, click 1 and spend some time with Jakari, Qia and Chandler. You won't regret it!
Hats off to this series!! Wow I wasn't expected this series to end but the way it ended who knows. I really don't feel sorry for Jakarri at all. He made his bed and now he has to lay in it. Qia had been through so much with him and I hope now that she gets her happy ending. Qim know she was making me laugh at that dinner table with all them Whet!!!!! Glad Qisha finally decided to get it right too!!
I was kind of disappointed I wanted the redemption of Jakari.... Well I knew that Chandler loved her I just think the whole relationship was wrong ...it sad that women would do anything for a man even her sister wanted Jakari its was just TOTALLY freaked up how that situation played out ...this book was well written anda great read good job SISTA
I was really expecting so much more. Qia deserved better than Jakari but Chandler deserved better than Qia, and the ending proved that Chan deserved better. My favorite character ended up being Darrin. Yes he was an obnoxious a-hole but he owned it. I hope this was the finale; can't read anything else about Qua.
I love love love it! Great series. Great story. Nothing more I can say except I highly recommend. If you're looking for a good series, do not overlook this one.
Let me start by saying this book had me all in my feelings. I loved how Qia was devoted to her husband in books 1 && 2, and how she thought she had the perfect life. Even tho Jakari cheated on her every chance he could, you could still tell that he loved and cared for her deeply. Qia loved her husband so much that even when you discovered that he was cheating on her with multiple woman, she still couldn't figure out if she wanted him or Chandler. Usually when a wife is sleeping with her brother in law she's the one in the wrong. That's not the case in this story however, I truly feel like her && Chandler were born to be with each other. I did feel that her sister should have told her what happened before she had that terrible car wreck, to at least clear the air between them. I am still trying to figure out why they would buy blue roses for her birthday, if they were trying to keep everything a secret. I was defiantly shocked when Quisha was willing to allow Darrin to disrespect her like that just to keep her secret. Poor Chandler really tried to grant his mothers wishes and stay away from Qia but the heart wants what it loves. I was jumping for joy when Jakari got exactly what was coming to him. Anjela was one that Jakari thought he was getting over on but she was just as disloyal as he was. When it comes to Azia I had mixed feelings for her, she was defiantly a that and didn't have any self respect. However, I didn't like how Jakari && Dean Lance didn't have to pay for their parts in the scandal. I hope in part 4, she grows and matures a lot more. Overall this series is one of the best series I have ever read and Mrs. Elle girl please don't make us wait long for part 4. If you haven't read this 5⭐️ series you are missing out on a literary masterpiece.....
Ma'am you always deliver in every book you drop. This book had me on edge waiting to see who Qia was going to choose then she did the complete opposite of what I was thinking. I felt bad for Quisha but I'm glad she trying to better herself. I don't feel bad for jakari but then I do. He made his bed so he has to deal with it. That ending though!?!?!? Oh no ma'am I know you got something up your sleeve. You can't just leave us like that lol. Great job on a great series !!
Lort Elle u did that.. Where'd the rest tho?? The has 2 be another part or sumthin.. This book was so amazing and more than worth the wait.. I'm so glad Qias memory loss didn't lead her back 2 Jakaris ol cheatin @$$.. No matter how much he did he was gunna change he did tha same thing.. Chandler on tha other hand was a man of his word.. Chile tha things he said and did I was like yassssss..lol The incident w/ the Dean, Jakari and Azia literally left me cryin.. I don't want 2 give away the book so I'll shut up but u did an amazing job Elle.. ❤ ❤
I just loved this series! From the storyline, dramatic characters, & the unique character's names, part 3 was well worth the wait. I was hoping Qia would accept the truth about Jakari's wrong doings and act accordingly. I really liked Chandler. Full of page turning action, this series was one I found enjoyable as the content kept the pages turning and made this an exceptional read. Once again, Elle Welch has shown her dynamic writing skills and made this a series I highly recommend all to read!
5 star banger! One of the best series I've read! All is fair when it comes to love, lust and lies. Although Qia loves her husband and wants nothing more to make her marriage work, her dysfunctional but passionate relationship with his little brother Chandler leads them down a dangerous path. Qia must make tough decisions and hard sacrifices to look beyond choosing the right man but choosing what's best for her! Bravo Mrs. Welch! I hope to see more from Qia in the future.
Well I Never thought the Qia would do what she did with Chandler, She knew it was more to the story that her husband Jakari wasn't revealing, but two wrongs don't make right!!! I just think she could have made better choices. I can't believe it ended like that, I know it's more to this story.
This series was well written and I must say I truly enjoyed it.
I must say she as done it again. She even let me see that Chan had a freaky side. Jakari got what he dished out. But that ending am still looking for the rest of it. Ready for your next project.
#TeamChandler Qia just choose the wrong brother. Jakari just could not do right by his wife. Glad the baby wasn't his. Elle u not leaving us hanging like that....That was not the end, maybe for the tears... Time for love, progression, evolving.
OMG…Elle, you are not going to end the series like that are you? Great part three with a lot of unexpected surprises. I was so happy when Darrin got his butt beat! I hate that it took Q going through so much before Jakari came to his senses.
What a roller coaster ride!!! My emotions were all over the place!!! I take it there's going to be a part 4???? Maybe there are a few tears left to shed! Awesome series and I definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn't' read it.
Love, love, loved this trilogy! I can't wait till the next book! I absolutely hope that in her condition she chooses with the one she wants and desires!!!! Trying not to say too much! This book was off the chain! Elle Welch you are an excellent writer!
This series had my emotions all over the place. They all was wrong on most parts but I guess it's a lesson learn here u made ur bed now lay in it.....Good Series!!!
This Trilogy was everything. It had drama, suspense, and love. The love triangle was really real. All of the characters were entertaining to me. I love the surprise ending. I highly recommend this book.
What a great ending to this story. I'm glad Qia was finally able to move on. Totally didn't expect that ending. All it did was leave me wanting more. Another great read by this author!
This was a great book and so far a really good series! I wish this would have been the finale because i hate waiting but this series is worth the wait!
I couldn't wait for part 3 and needless to say I was not disappointed at all. Definite page turner and I can't wait for the finale..You rock Elle Welch
I enjoyed this from the beginning to now but I hope and pray that is not the end...Jakari got exactly what he deserved. Can't wait to see what else you have in store..
