“I need a favor…”
Famous last words.
When Spencer was asked to check on a friend of a friend, he thought it was no big deal. Simple. A good excuse to take a nice long drive and burn up some of the free time he’d been forcibly handed.
But when he walked into Talia’s apartment and looked into her devastated eyes… simple went right out the window.
Despite two years of staunchly avoiding women, he was overwhelmed by the compulsion to help her — know her, avenge her, protect her.
Possess her.

☆;:*:;☆;:*:;☆;:*:;☆;:*:;☆

All Talia wanted was to hide away and ignore the unwelcome, looming presence of a past she’d thought she left behind. She wanted to wallow, to drink, to slip into oblivion.
But a knock at her door changed all that.
She found herself wanting to let Spencer in — into her apartment, inside her head.
Into her heart.
And how selfish did that make her?
She knew from the start that she couldn’t be what he needed, couldn’t give him the life he deserved, but she couldn’t help herself.
She fell.
So did he.
And now her past may cost them their future.

Anna Paige is the author of the Broken series, the Thrill of the Chase series, and Off Script, a sexy standalone romance.

She lives in a rural town in North Carolina where the only activity is the rhythmic color change of the solitary stoplight and a very real threat of being carried away by mosquitoes. The only alternative to terminal boredom is writing, making life interesting if only on the page.

Anna is happily married, with one amazing son and a pair of hilarious pets. When she’s not writing, she’s trying to make a dent in her TBR pile. Given that she’s constantly adding new titles to the list, the chances of her ever finishing are slim.

And she’s completely fine with that.

Anna paige has certainly written a beautiful story that will take you on a journey of emotions.

Two people who have loved and lost and finally found their reason for believing again.

Talia is a woman coasting through her life, throwing herself into work, silently still grieving the loss of her daughter and living with the past as though it was still her present.

Spencer was a guy who had been lied to and betrayed from his previous relationship, also in a world of hurt and also throwing himself into work.

Told in dual pov's you are drawn into the thoughts and feelings of both characters and you also get glimpses of characters from the previous book.

When their two best friends need there help and throw them together the past begins to become memories and this beautiful journey begins as they create new ones

A story of loss and love, hurts and healing and a story of two people so right for each other.

Spencer will make you swoon, that guy had words and actions that would make any woman weak at the knees.

Anna Paige brought the tragedy, love and romance of two people to life with this heartwarming read, that had the right amount of angst, banter, humour and intimate moments to keep you hooked, it flowed brilliantly and the whole balance of it was just right.

Arc gratefully recieved for honest review

Flawlessly Broken by Anna Paige a sublime five-star read. This is the second book in the Broken series, and I would definitely recommend reading the first book Broken Ground before this one, each book is told about a man who is a partner in a successful construction and design company in Richmond. They have all been friends since college and all have their own quirks and behaviours that make each unique and loveable in their own way.
Spencer Erickson is a man with a past, he has been hurt and betrayed before and never wants to be in that position again. He would do anything for his friends, but when one asks a favour of him it may juts break him. Famous last words ‘I need a favour…’
Natalia Collette Galiano or ‘Talia’ as everyone knows her, is seen by most people as a strong woman, she runs her own business and would do anything for her best friend Ali, even lie to her to keep her from finding the truth out. The truth is Talia isn’t as strong as some people think, and when a shadow from her past comes back to haunt her she chases her demons down to the bottom of the bottle, leading to some unexpected results.
This book will have you laughing and crying, sometimes at the same time. There love and friendship and revenge and forgiveness, it’s a great story that will keep you reading page after page.

I absolutely adored this book. It is a beautiful, sexy, heartwarming yet heartbreaking story. Talia and Spencer are both amazing characters that have had heartbreak in their past. Both have closed themselves off to relationships to save themselves from dealing with more pain and loss. I loved both Talia and Spencer. Talia was such a strong woman who has suffered unimaginable loss and pain. Anna writes her beautifully so you actually feel her pain and grief.
I LOVED Spencer. It was nice to read a book where the H was not a complete manwhore. Spencer was an amazing man who suffered his own kind of heartbreak. He closes himself off completely from relationships and focuses on building a successful business.
Spencer and Talia are amazing together. Their journey at find their HEA is sweet, sexy, frustrating and beautiful. It's about two people learning to let go of the pain from their past, to trust love and live for the future. I love Anna Paige and her work. This book was truly wonderful.

First off this book was provided by the author but screw that cause this book is worth every penny!

Never having been a mother I cannot even begin to even relate to Talias loss of a child. I have no clue how to even imagine dealing with everything leading up to the pregnancy or the death of that child 4 years later. I do however love Spencer and his I'm going to fix this woman, 4 years after that. Even with his own shitty past.

I thought I loved clay and Ali from book one but this is my favorite and have no idea how Anna will top this story with Brant but I look forward to it.

Wow just wow Anna Paige really takes you on a beautiful emotional journey of love and healing. Talia and Spencers love story will capture your heart make you cry and take you back to the feeling of peace and love once again. Spencer will make you swoon and make your knees weak by words and actions he's the kind of man all women want but is the true unicorn in life as he is so hard to find. We jump right in to book two with Spencer heading off to do a job for CBD where he meets Talia, Ali's best friend. Of course they'd met in book one! There is a lot of heartache in Talia's life and she's closed herself off from love and relationships. Spencer is not much better having been incredibly hurt by his ex wife.

The wild ride that becomes Talia and Spencer's life is joyful. They just seem so great together. Trust and love, oh! and communication. Relationships thrive on communication.

This is a great story and I love how the characters grow and become so real.

❤️❤️❤️. Talia and Spencer’s story held all the emotions. I laughed, cried, cursed and kept hoping they would get their heads straight. Both characters suffered extreme loss and heartache and were well deserving of a second chance at true love. A must read by this author.

Man I had a real love hate relationship going on with this book. I had a really hard time showing Thalia some love with what happened with Spence. My poor Spence. Girl I just want to reach out and touch you Thalia, felt like she was real for a minute. Anyway this is an emotional read. This author has a way of bringing forth the angst, sorrow, just the deep gut wrenching pain these two experienced not only in their past but in the present. Don't get me wrong that is by no means the only thing going on in this book. This book starts off hot and gets hotter, passion??? Oh yeah they have that part down, it's the other stuff that needs work.

We still see strong and intense characters and all Alpha men folk but women that stand up to them and make them stronger. . . after they work thru their issues. It's what makes this book worth reading and the series worth devouring. Well done.

NEVER GIVE UP
I just finished reading Flawlessly Broken, the 2nd book in the Broken series by Anna Paige. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Even though you could read each of them as a stand alone novel, I suggest reading Broken Ground before reading Flawlessly Broken. I promise you won't be disappointed. By reading them in order you'll get a strong background of what's going on in everyone's lives without gaps or playing catch-up while reading.
Spencer and Brant are forced to take two weeks off, out of the office because of a building site issue. Spencer has absolutely no clue what to do with that time, he spends every waking moment working on something to do with their company CBD. With Clay, their third partner spending time with his fiancé Ali on their combined project out of town they ask him to please go check on Talia. She has been unreachable which is unusual and Ali is extremely worried about her. Spencer agrees to check on her, since he has nothing else to do. What will he find when he gets to her apartment, why hasn't she been into work or returned any calls or texts? Will Spencer be able to help Talia? Brant is usually the quiet one of the trio, but since the loudest and rowdiest Clay is off the partying scene, will Brant take up the slack and maybe step out of his comfort zone and have some fun during his forced two week vacation? You'll have to read on to find out, but it'll be worth your time!
Favorite passage~~ I remember reading somewhere that the French term for orgasm translated to something like 'the little death'. I never truly appreciated the accuracy of that description until just then. La petite mort, indeed.
Favorite quote~~"If I weren't head-over-heels in love with you, you'd be out on your ass by now... You know that, right?
Please be ADVISED before reading this book, I feel that I need to advise you and all future readers that in all likelihood this book may have some valid triggers that you as a reader may find objectionable or repulsive. So PLEASE if you have a prejudice viewpoint regarding sexual abuse that you cannot set aside while reading a fictional story, then please STOP reading and find another book. It would be unreasonable & unfair to the author if you read and then rated their work poorly based on personal feelings instead of the fictional work the produced. If you do decide to continue reading, HAPPY READING Due to explicit sexual content and adult language this novel is recommend for readers 18 and older.
This is the 2nd book I've read by Anna, but it won't be the last. I cannot wait to read whatever comes next! I gave this story ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

“His saying he loved me earlier had been unintentional but there was no doubt in my mind that it was true. I’d spent the better part of the day wondering how I felt about that. I knew I was falling for him, so it should have been a good thing to find out he felt the same way.”

***ARC Review***

Utterly and Profoundly Breathtaking

Anna's second installment in her Broken Series is just as good, if not better than her first. Her writing is evolving and maturing beautifully. Flawlessly Broken has romance, humor, and a strong domineering male lead. You couldn't ask for a better genre cocktail.

Spencer, our male lead is a workaholic with a past that notably influences his personal life. He has two friends, Clay and Brant. Clay wants happiness for his best friend, so he makes Spencer take some time off from work. He begrudgingly goes on a two week vacation. During said "vacation" he receives a phone call from Clay and his fiance Ali that turns his world upside down.

Enter Talia, our heroine and best friend to Ali. She is a restaurant owner, a caring mother to all, and is in total disarray from past events that would shake up anyone's world. She is a beautiful woman that thinks her beauty is nonexistent and fights hard to keep everyone out of her tight knit bubble.

Through a series of events, and a scum of the Earth ex-boyfriend they both have to overcome past deceit to find happiness.

There's not more I can say without completely spoiling it, but here are a few of my favorite quotes.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"I'm not being bossy, sweetheart. I’m giving you what you need. If I tell you to do something, you’re only to do it if you’re okay with it. Never do anything you’re not into. Not for me. Not for anyone. Understand?”

“I should have throat-punched that son of a bitch.”

"Sometimes, when you know in your heart you’re destined for something, you have to follow a path you never thought you would in order to get there."

This truley an admazing story. I really loved how she brought the Characters life. All I can say is wow!! I started reading this story and I just couldn't put it down. I read it almost in one sitting. This story is the second book of the series. Its about Talia and Spencer who both were in past bad relationship. Talia had suffered a loss and was morning the death of her daughter whom was sick and died at a very young age. Talia also had an complete jerk for a boyfriend and she had closed her self off to a realtionship and through her self into her work wich she owned a restrauant. Spencer was also in a marriage which was a disater he had found out his wife lied about wanting children and had cheated on him. Spencer also through his self into his work he ownes a construction company with 2 of his friends. Talia and spencer had began to fall in love with one another and Talia had finially revealed what had happened to her in the past which wasn't good. Spencer and Talia had some ups and down in the story found out that they were ment to one another and Spencer had proven his love for Talia and took her on a four Wheeler ride on his property and revealed a meadow that was filled with lellow flowers, where he was going to build a center in the memory of Talia daughter and for sick children.
This story had me on an emtional roller coaster with everything going on in the story i never cried so much in a story in all my life (and they were happy tears) She did an admazing job on Flawlessly Broken. Trust me you wont want to put it down and you will be wanting so much more.

We met Spencer and Talia in Broken Ground, but what we saw and learned about them barely scratched the surface of these two complex characters' personalities.

As a favor to Ali, Spencer agrees to check on Talia, who has been MIA for several days. He isn't sure what to expect when he knocks on Talia's door. He finds a deeply distraught woman, and begins to *feel* for the first time in a long time while trying to comfort her. Both of them have bad past experiences with love and relationships, and have sworn off of them. But sometimes love sneaks up on you, in the form of someone you never expected.

This story has all the elements I've come to know and appreciate from an Anna Paige novel: raw emotion, unbridled passion, a degree of suspense, and well-placed humor. She consistently creates complex characters that are easy to relate to, as well as strong heroines. I rode an emotional rollercoaster while reading this novel, bouncing from sympathetic soul to frustrated bystander to enthusiastic cheerleader as Talia and Spencer's tale played out on the pages in front of me. And I l*oved* how characters from Broken Ground made appearances. It was nice to "see" them again.

Anna Paige has a genuine gift for merging words with feelings. Her writing is descriptive enough to put the reader on the outskirts of the scene, and the pace holds interest. This is an author to watch. I strongly suspect that we will see many great things from her in the years to come, as her talent knows no boundaries.

I absolutely loved this book. I really enjoyed the first book about Ali and Clay but I was hooked on the this story of Spencer and Talia. I love the character and the progression of them throughout both books. Starting from the beginning, I didn't want to put the book down.

Everyone goes through some kind of heartache and often don't want to put themselves out for someone to else to cause irreparable damage to them again.
Spencer had been in love once and after that devastating period of time he closed off himself to falling in love again. He kept his attention on his growing business with his best friend and a college buddy.

Talia had fallen in love and tried the long distant relationship once the two went off to pursue their degrees at different colleges. It worked for awhile until something tragically happened to her and her boyfriend abandoned her. She was left to try to piece her broken self together. She built up walls to not let anyone in so she wouldn't go through the heartbreak again.

I recommend you read this book to find out what happens when Spencer is asked to go check on Talia. She has been unreachable and her best friend was extremely worried about her. He appears at her apartment to find out if she is okay, as a favor to his best friend's fiancé. See what happens when Talia finds this tall hot man at her door who then stays to support her to get past whatever has her cooped up in her house and start living again. This is a must read!

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review

Flawlessly Broken is the second book in Broken series by Anna Paige and it 100% better than the first. No offence to the author or anything but Broken Ground was her first book which I liked. Flawlessly Broken I sensed the change in the author's writing and could not help falling in love with it.

We met Spence and Talia in Book #1 and I was very excited to see more of them. Spencer I loved because he wasn't your typical bad boy turn good guy. He was genuinely a good guy despite all that happened to him in the past. He was honest, caring, kind and protective. Every time I read his point of view I wanted to swoon out loud.

Flawlessly Broken was beautifully groomed into a story that so much more than love. There was struggles, love, broken spirits and most of all I loved the way Spencer loved. Talia even though she was struggling with a lost love she was still determined, caring, feisty and funny.

Overall, the pace of this story was just right. The characters story spoke to me and I couldn't stop reading once I started it. The characters as always were also funny and emotional. I felt every heartbreak and screamed on the sideline in support of the characters decisions.
Great job Anna, I can honestly say this book was great.

This is book 2 in the Broken series and I loved it just as much as I loved book 1! Although this could be read as a stand alone, why would you when book 1 was so good! Plus you'll establish more of a relationship with the characters for the goodiness book 2 has in store!

This story is Talia and Spencer's, which we got to know them in book 1. I'm so happy they got their story and what a story, it is! I don't want to give a lot away, just know you need to read it!!!

Spencer is such a good guy and I like Talia, but can these two have a relationship? He has a past and she has a past and these two broken hearts find peace and happiness together? You have to read to find out!! You will be so glad you did!

Anna Paige is quickly becoming one of my "go to" authors!! She's truly talented!! I loved everything about this book, just like I did book 1! I look forward to seeing what she has in store for me to read next!!

I fell in love with Anna Paige's talent when I read her debut book, Broken Ground, but in Flawlessly Broken, Anna completely blew my mind. Talia and Spencer, both broken from devastating heartache from past events, begin to find comfort in one another that soon shifts into so much more, igniting a spark that truly had me flustered and panting wanting more. Flawlessly Broken is such a beautiful story that had me laughing, crying, and literally enchanted me from the very beginning. Truly sensational!!! Even taught me a new term that had me LMAO once the lightbulb finally clicked on (Jack & Jill). I finally got the reference Anna! Hehehe

Be sure to check out Flawlessly Broken. A 5 ⭐️ Must Read!

I was as given an ARC for an honest review:
I don't even know where to begin....this book is like an orgasm for the soul...every emotion that one is capable of having, came about reading this book. I laugh, I cried and at times wanted to throat punch a bitch, lol. Anna Paige certainly did not disappoint once again. Her witty sarcastic humor can be found humorously amongst the pages...very well written...it truly was "flawless" ...I can't wait for the next book. This is the second book of this series but can be read as a stand alone. Again, I'll be tapping my finger anxiously waiting for book #3.

This was a heart wrenching tale of two broken people. One more than the other. Talia and Spencer, my heart broke for both of them.
You meet both in book 1 and this is just a continuation of that book but it's Spencer and Talia's story. Of course you still get Brant, Clay, and Ali.
Spencer is such a loving and caring man, but oh man, does he have his alpha tendencies, especially in the bedroom. Ali is broken with the lose of her daughter but Spencer was able to break through.
There were many ups and downs in this book. It was an emotional tale of overcoming the past and letting go of your fears.

Loved this story and characters!! I didn't think I would like Talia and Spencer and much as I loved Ali and Clay, but I loved them more! I loved the first Broken Ground, but this was by far my favorite of the two. The emotions and feelings between these two characters was a journey worth taking. Couldn't put it down needing to see what would happen next!
You get some updates with Ali and Clay which I always love in a follow up story.
Can not wait for more, hoping for Brant's story next!!

My first really big recommendation would be to read Broken Pieces first. Although you could read them out of order you get all sorts of back story on Talia and Spencer as supporting characters in Broken Pieces. Flawlessly Broken is the story of Spencer and Talia finding love in each other and themselves. Having both been through some tragic life events they've been left slightly jaded and scarred. Through each other they may just be able to put those pieces together and find a love they never imagined possible. I very much enjoyed their story and sincerely hope to see more of them in All the Broken Pieces.

I fell in love with Anna Paige's first book, Broken Ground and was so happy to receive the Flawlessly Broken ARC.

Anna's writing is top notch, she can bring the feels, the humor and sometimes the anger. I had a hard time putting this book down once I started it.

Both Spencer and Talia have so many things pulling them in all directions, but yet Anna found a way to bring them together that was real and made you cheer them on, cry with them and definitely laugh out loud with them.

I can't wait for the 3rd book in the series and some more of Anna's incredible writing.

Spencer and Talia’s story was filled with so many emotions. Talia has gone through a tragedy that no one should ever have to go through, but so many do. All Spencer wants to do is love Talia. Talia isn't always open to that. She makes some harsh choices, that I hated but she did what she felt was best for Spencer. She finally gets to see how much he does love her. Their story Talia tried to fight, but I'm happy that Spencer won.
