A HUNGRY WIFE IS A DANGEROUS WIFE Riley Nolan is hot—smoking hot. So hot, Janna has to take cold showers to douse the flames of his torment. And when it comes to sex appeal, Janna is no wallflower. Men find her desirable, so why doesn’t Riley? After all, he is her husband.
CHARMAINE DAVIS writes black woman white man (bwwm) romance, family comedy, middle-grade fiction, speculative fiction, issues dealing with the Christian life and devotionals.
Charmaine Davis's romances typically feature black women and white men (bwwm), number one because she’s a black woman married to a white man for 23 years, and number two, she desires to connect the black woman and the white man in an equal, loving, and romantic relationship that is counter to their historical narratives as black woman as victim and white man as predator. Her hope is that eventually all colors will bleed into one and humanity will once again live as one blood.
Charmaine’s stories have been praised as “refreshing!”, “uplifting”, “thought-provoking”, and “laugh out loud!”

Bought online on Kobo for $5.40 without taxes but Amazon has it for $3.99 I bought at Kobo so I could get the points, not a bad book though. Not many well know authors write interracial novels. So i was happily excited and ready for some interracial romance novels outside of Wattpad users. I found the book on Wattpad and it was a teaser then moved onto Kobo after I was hooked and I had to find out how it ended.
Very steamy in the beginning when she's explaining her desires towards her husband but later in the book completely skipped the steamy bits and ended it with "we took each other to the heavens." & them sedated after laying in bed. Interesting read but for a steamy novel I was expecting just that. Steamy moments with her husband but maybe I was barking up the wrong tree (for lack of better words.)
