A much older book...

This last two month of 2008 I am re-reading the 'madness of crowds' type books and I dusted off this one.

Mr. Dines, who I did a lot of programs with in the last 15 years at various Economic outlook conferences, is not everyone's cup of tea....

but, he is right on in this book.

This is valuable if you are interested in the mass psychology of stock market investors ...I found it valuable as it relates to all 'lemming type behaviour' - even in real estate markets - my bent.

As much spiritual as investing guide. Also good to use to analyze your own investing strategies. Need to read it again to get the most from it.
