Best in a Fantastic Series
This one is, for sure, my favorite of the series. The drama, suspense, and heartache of this final book is beautiful. I loved Ivana. She was strong, vulnerable, and remorseful. Some reviewers had a hard time forgiving her for her choices, but I really didn’t struggle with it. I could see how much she had suffered and how she regretted what she had done. She was one sexy lady vamp!
Leo was a perfect Hero, dark, sexy, tortured, but forgiving. Their first meeting in the book was so well written that I found myself rereading it several times. There was so much angst! The one problem I had was that I have read everything published by Adele Clee and one of my favorite things about her is her consistency. I think of her 18 works I've only given two 3-star ratings. The rest are 4s or 5s. So, if you liked this book I would recommend more of her books. A Simple Case of Seduction is my personal favorite. WARNING: This book contains sex between vampires. There is mention of blood sucking etc…if that isn’t your cup of tea don’t read this book.

Finally Leo's turn!
So Leo has a history with Ivana - the golden haired devil. I mean, I understand her reasons for turning Elliot and Alexander and I even get why she took Leo's memories of their past time together but this was definitely a bit dramatic.

The third book in the series and to my mind the best .
Leo is the brother who is , to my mind the most tormented, but not in the literal sense.
He can’t remember much of the time he was bitten , he knows he was in Bavaria, knows it was a blonde, blue eyed, gorgeous woman, and that’s about it .
No torture like Elliot, or disturbed memories like Alexander.
In search of his lady he returns to the inn , he acts in a debauched manner , she doesn’t appear .
When he does find her she almost begs him to kill her , but he can’t , against all his better judgment he feels a pull towards her , desire, and he doesn’t understand.
His brothers follow to Bavaria, to save Leo , finding him , but he’s not being tortured, he’s in Ivana’s bed . Elliot is raging, not understanding Leo at all , Alex and Elliot are there to help kill her , but the tables have turned , Leo is defending her , there’s a story to tell , but will his brothers listen to Ivanas reasons for turning the three men ?
I’m sorry this series is coming to its end , I can’t say when I’ve love a series more , it’s brilliant.

Abandoned to the Night is the third book in the series and my favorite. Ivana's and Leo's story was not what I expected. It was so much more. This book really showed the vampires the way most readers want them to be. Blood exchange - yes. A certain power - yes. A very strong enemy - yes. Help from an unexpected source - oh yes. And an ending nobody could have predicted. I absolutely loved this story of Leo and Ivana.

I quite liked this book, but not as much as the others. For me, there was too much going on with the couples from previous books and it took too much of the story away from the main couple. Also, I didn't feel the attempt to turn Ivana into the victim of the story to be entirely successful. So, she's not quite as awful as previous books said, but she is still not blameless in it all.
Overall, though, it was a decent enough read.

RUSHED. Compared to the first two Brotherhood books, the pacing of this one was off. I just didn't feel the depth and detail that I got from Alex and Elliot's stories. Especially for a book that was supposed to flesh out the vampiric affliction that the brothers share and explain why it was inflicted on them. I am sad to report that I'm disappointed and returned Leo's book for a refund.

FIVE FANTASTIC STARS! This is one powerhouse novel! The whole Brotherhood unites against a common enemy. So many questions are answered in this installment. And I never would have predicted that the fight would end so brilliantly. Although this seems like the end of the saga, there IS one other book (only in ebook format), Lured To The Night.

Oh my god! I never ever saw this coming! Leo's story is just plain amazing! Leo travels back to Bavaria to confront the golden haired she devil and kill her. The twists and turns of this story are jaw dropping. Loved, loved, loved this book!

With their intensity, Leo and Ivana's story was just as good as the previous couples.
The backstory and ongoing revelations regarding the Brotherhood vampires was surprising, and well-done. Bravo! 4.5 stars.

Beautiful love story

Another excellent instalment in this series. What a brilliant conclusion to the story of the 3 brothers. This book is a bit of a rollercoaster in terms of emotions. Who will gain their freedom from the affliction if anyone? Really good. Adele at her best!

I found this a good book. It flowed very well and had great characters. I found Ivana had a great explanation of her treatment of the brotherhood and the conclusion was very satisfying.

I loved it - from the opening paragraph to the very last one.
We meet up with all three 'brothers' and their spouses or partners and it is an adventure to beat all.
Kylie Stewart is the very competent narrator once again and she brings the story to life with her brilliant voice acting.
Kudu's to both for jobs well done!
At my request I was supplied with a free audiobook by the author and this is my voluntary and unbiased review of it.
