The Goddesses have murder on their minds. . .

HoneyBun Sweets and Sandwiches owner, Ali Daniels, is bubbling with excitement to attend a high-society museum opening.

But the goddesses of fate have murder on their minds, and it's not long until a body is discovered in the back offices of the museum. The most likely culprit? Ali's childhood friend.

Fearing for her friend's freedom, amateur sleuth Ali launches on a desperate, fast-paced hunt to unwrap the identity of a killer who is unafraid to strike again and again.

This novelette is a fun story for readers who love culinary cozy mysteries and an amateur woman sleuth.

Hi. I'm Michelle. Born and raised in Queens, NY.

I'm an avid reader. If I'm finishing up a book and don't have another lined up and ready to go - I get really nervous. Yes, I know that's very geek like.

Speaking of geek - I'm a fan of anything action adventure, urban fantasy, paranormal (paranormal romance - not so much), and supernatural. If I ever go to Comic Con, I'll dress up as Lt. Uhura (except I might add some garters to be naughty). Walking Dead and Supernatural are two of my 'can't miss' shows on tv right now.

I started writing fanfic based on my favorite movie at age 12. Since then I've taken many creative writing classes. Several of my short stories have been published online and in print.

Macaroons, Mummies and Murder by M.E. Harmon

Okay, so this is part 4 of the HoneyBun Shop cozy mysteries.

So far in this series I'm loving the characters. The adventures and the investigations that Ali gets herself into are hilarious at times. However, with this one, I found it repetitive. Even though I did enjoy following my favorites and learning about new ones. I almost didn't make it through. This may be because so far the series has kind of read the same way. “Really big thing happens in the beginning. Ali sticks her nose where it doesn't belong. Ali somehow solves the problem or gets close enough to solving the problem.” All in all, I'm giving it a 3 out 5 star rating. It wasn't a horrible read but for now I think I'm going to give this series a rest.

I am so happy with this series. I just love Ali. She’s super observant sharp and a talented baker. Oscar, her assistant, is fun. I want those cupcake recipes. Each mystery is interesting and the pacing of the stories are quick and just a cute read. It’s like sunshine between the pages. Thank you for sharing

Absolutely a book I recommend . ....suspenseful , yet not tense.

Liked this book , enough suspense to keep one guessing , not boring nor like any other books I have read. Got it free and I am thrilled to write a review for Amazon .

Murder at the museum

Ali provides the desserts for the upscale opening of a new exhibit at a museum where an old friend is a curator. He becomes a suspect in a murder, and she figures it out. Again. Short but effective mystery.

I really likes this series. I did read the second book first, but was not lost or confused as to what was going on. This series could be a stand alone, but they are really good in order. Can't wait to read the next ones.

You own a bakery and get the gig of a lifetime to cater the opening of premier exhibit at local museum. Then people start dying but not from your food. Forgery is also going on. What is going on????
