Flatlands

Rate this book
Inspired by the satirical novella Flatland: A Romance of Many Dimensions, written by Edwin Abbott Abbott, each of the six artists of Tieten Met Haar wrote and drew a playful short story. A story about two vs three dimensions.

Let us imagine that into flatland, hovering above it, comes a strange three-dimensional creature that, oddly enough, looks like an apple. "Hello!" says the three-dimensional creature. “How are you? I am a visitor of the third dimension." (Carl Sagan)

Tieten Met Haar is a collective of six three-dimensional beings who interact on a daily basis with the second dimension. They are multi-disciplinary human animals who occupy much of their time on earth with comics and illustration.
