C.I. Dennis is the author of the Vince Tanzi series. He also writes under the pen name Zig Davidson.

Dennis has roots in Vermont and Florida, as does his flawed-but-likable protagonist Vince Tanzi, a retired deputy and now private investigator. Try the Tanzi series if you like page-turners with wit, action, romance, and vivid characters who lead complicated and unpredictable lives.

Love this series!

This is one of the best series I have read. Vince Tanzi's character is irresistible! There is enough humor and suspense to keep you reading until the end. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves to read. I can't wait for the next book.

This book keeps you turning pages just like the TV series 24 Hours. Vince is out maneuvered at every turn, but still finds religion, sex, drugs and money in a small college town.

Tanzi's Fine

All four books. Read in order to fully enjoy. I did and they were a pleasure especially if you're an original Floridian and it was nice to go home again even for a short time.

I enjoyed the book for its pure entertainment value. It was a pleasure to read and kept me guessing without being convoluted.

The characters were interesting and I liked the way they all became intertwined yet remained desperate unto themselves. Hope he writes another in this series.
