Neal Adams was an American comic book and commercial artist known for helping to create some of the definitive modern imagery of the DC Comics characters Superman, Batman, and Green Arrow; as the co-founder of the graphic design studio Continuity Associates; and as a creators-rights advocate who helped secure a pension and recognition for Superman creators Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster.

Adams was inducted into the Eisner Award's Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Fame in 1998, and the Harvey Awards' Jack Kirby Hall of Fame in 1999.

Excellent!!! So I just got issue 1 & 2 of this series, and i must say i was worried, especially since I've pre-ordered the whole series! But I'm happy to say Neil Adams, still got it! So the story is that Darkseid has invaded earth, three new supermen show up and fight off the invasion, Meanwhile the real superman gets visited by an alien who's role is still a mystery. This issue was funny, i laughed a lot, and the writing and artwork is all done by Neil Adams, so you know its gonna be good! Its also safe to say, this out of New 52 continuity, so if your looking for a superman read, but not New 52, this is perfect!

The reason I only gave it four stars because the story is a little bit frustrating . The storylines written by Denny O'Neil in the past were far stronger .
