About the author

Adam was born in 1962 in Sussex, England. He graduated with a degree in Law
from the University of Southampton in 1983 and went on to qualify as a Solicitor
and practise Law in London. However, after three years, Adam decided to leave the
Law to pursue a career in natural health sciences.

Adam became a regular columnist for the Nursing Times and Health Guardian and an international, best-selling author. In his business life, Adam built a successful skincare business (Taylor Jackson Health Products) helping psoriasis and eczema sufferers all over the world.

More recently Adam has developed several technology businesses and set up a national initiative helping students learn to computer programming.

How do you rate a good book? By the lasting impression it leaves or how much you enjoyed it while reading?
This book is one of the latter. It may become both in the long run.
Although most of the life lessons/stories may sound cliche, they are exactly what you need to hear today. I genuinely enjoyed this little book of reminder to love myself, my family and people around me.

Un audio entretenido, práctico e interesante para poder entregat un mensaje desde un cuento ya conocido y wue el autor no ahorra su reiteración en aras de lograr una unidad en su esquema. Muy provechoso y práctico si lo que se quiere es ir puliendo las relaciones amorosas, sobre todo cuando el desgaste del tiempo puede desgastar también la maravilla del amor.

This book is full with wisdom about love and life. I think everyone can learn from it. The writing style is not the best, but the content is really remarkable.

Es sind süße und auch wahre kleine Weisheiten in diesem Buch. Erleuchtend ist es allerdings nicht.
Die meisten dieser „10 Geheimnisse“ sind schlicht logisch und liegen auf der Hand, wenn man ein gewisses Feingefühl besitzt. Dennoch ist es eine nette – und sicher für manche nützliche – Analogie zu den Grundlagen der Liebe.

Die Rahmenhandlung erweckt nicht den Eindruck, als sei viel Mühe in ihre Ausarbeitung geflossen. Sie scheint eher dem Mittel zum Zweck zu dienen das Ganze in eine Geschichte zu verpacken.

Generalmente no leo este tipo de libros pero una vez que empecé a leerlo me atrapó. Es una libro con muy buenos consejos dados a través de una muy buena historia. Vale la pena leerlo y ponerlo en práctica.
