An outstanding classic. "The Economics of Sustainable Development." I worked with the author in 1993 in a series of interactive live video programs with audiences in Latin America. More 15 years ago and this is still a "in denial" issue. The 4 page appendix " Guidelines for Policies and Programs" is worth at least half the books and studies in this field published since 1993. just do it!
