I thoroughly enjoyed reading each book contained in this four-book boxset. They each offer great insight in the improvement of our overall cognitive abilities. I originally chose to download it for the first eBook, "Free Yourself From Negativity". The other three were also quite helpful, and were basically a bonus. I read every book on positive thinking that I can get my hands on, and this book taught me some very useful tips that I'm able to use on a daily basis to help further the growth mindset I'm seeking to nurture. I recommend for everyone with the goal of improving their mindset to read this boxset.
