I write stories about romance. They center on learning about the characters backgrounds, personalities and life circumstances that mold them into who they are and how they love.

I am a sassy 50-something year old. I live in a quiet farming town in New England with my husband of twenty years and our two rescued cats. After college I facilitated improvement in the physical abilities of children and the elderly then took the opportunity to enjoy my creative side. I love to sew, knit, write...sing and drink martinis (not necessarily at the same time).

Cole Becker helped his father (William) raise his younger siblings his brother and sister after their mother died when they were young. He also helped take care of his grandparents when he was younger as part of being there caregiver until they passed away. Now it is Cole's time to have the life he has been waiting for and deserves.

Cole meets Sara at a St. Patty's day party in a bar, when he goes home she is all he can think about. He thinks that all of his dreams are within reach, then things begin to fall apart when they start to date. She has to work a full-time job and be her mother’s full-time caregiver. They almost break up but Cole won't let it happen, he gave her the space that she needs but they still talk and met up when they can. Cole loves Sara so much that he asks her to marry him and at first she says no but then Sara's sister talks to her and her mother over hears her talking and tells Sara that she needs to follow her heart. Can Cole convince Sara they can make it work?

This book also updates the readers about all the comings and goings of the Becker family, the focus is all on the relationship of Cole and Sara. Their relationship is very real, I could picture a couple dealing with all of the things that they went through. I love how Cole is willing to do what it takes to keep Sara in his life, even if Sara is unsure on them.

This book was amazing! It was so intriguing to read. There were some twists and turns that you may not like, but they go along with the story. I'm wanting to know what is going to happen next. I can’t wait until I can get the next book in the series. I would recommend this series to all my book friends and family.

Natalie continues The Tapestry Series it is a heartfelt story love does not come easy. They had to overcome so much just when things should have worked out for them life takes a turn leaving love hanging. They will have to overcome so much more than most couples have to. My heart went out to Cole and Sarah. The author gives you wonderful characters you can relate to with day to day lives. She brings back and gives updates on that has happen to these characters lives in the first book. It was nice to see how Audra and JP were doing along with a few of the others.

The author touches on some major issues of how to deal with having a long distance relationship. How to make one last even when you have little time to be together. Cole has had to deal with a lot growing up with the lost of his mother and having to help raise his family along with helping to take care of his grandparents. This should be his time but he finds he must again put his life on hold why his wife gives the much needed help to her mother. I have to give it to Cole for not giving up when it would have been so easy to walk away. The author gives a few twists along with suspense at one point my heart was in my throat waiting to see the outcome. There is much sadness but a whole lot of joy.

I can’t wait to see where the author takes this story in the next book. I sure hope life gets better for Cole and Sarah they deserve so much for all they had to deal with.

Trouble Looming by Natalie Alder....Wow, where do I even start!! Natalie Alder this book is really touching!! What a well-written love story that you can relate to the characters! Trouble Looming is the 2nd book and it had more details than the the first book. Natalie brings in details and characters from the first book. Updates us on Audra and JP. This story is mainly about Cole and Sara. How they met? What happens when life gets complicated? Will they have their someday together?
Cole Becker met Sara at the Pub on St. Patty's Day when he spilled a pitcher of green beer on her. That's when this love story started so I'd suggest you pick this book up and read it! (Not going to go more into details as I don't want to give the story away)

I really enjoyed reading this book. It had a little bit of everything ( sad, scary suspense, hopeful, love, romance).

I give this story 5 stars and recommend anyone that loves romance to pick it up and read it but should read book 1 first! If this story continues into a 3rd book, I'd love to read it!

I was kindly given a copy in exchange for a fair and honest review
