I only read this book sparingly, but it caught my interest. I don’t really recall how it ended, but if I could get it on Kindle, I would.

i loved this book from the moment i picked it up. it's about this girl from the city that has been in foster care and she is moved to the suberbs to live with this family and she feels like everyone there is snobbish. but she finds a way to survive she makes it seem like she doesn't care at all and we learn that under her tough exterior she has a soft inside that wants to find her mother. i found this book so great because you really got to see the tough and rough side of her and then her vulerability. i really think that this is an excellent book for everyone because it teaches us that no matter how tough someone may seem there is a part of them that is affected by it.
