When Death Returns is to me is the best so far of the Jake Stellar series. The characters are showing more complexity, and the plotlines keep getting deeper. I don't do spoilers, so I'll just say this: When you're sure you've got it all figured out, you don't. In this one Riesel toys with his readers like he would torment a kitten with a peacock feather, making us jump through the air and follow along, and we do so willingly. Well played, Rodney!

A great addition to the Jake Stellar series. When a serial killer returns to North Myrtle Beach Jake must follow the clues in this cold case before he can strike again. A nice quick read which moves along at a nice pace is perfect for the beach!

A cold case, a puppy, and a lady for Lint.

I liked the storyline. A cold case and a burgeoning romance. Also, Breeze buys a puppy. This is a story that will hold your interest.

A short story about a murder with a book full of the guy's attraction to his wife's ass.

Fine Wine

As aging make fine red wine better, so it is with this author. The plots and characters flow smoothly to a sound ending. Well done, from start to finish.
