M.P. McDonald makes a living from taking your breath away... then giving it back via a tube or two. She lives in a frozen land full of ice, snow, and abominable snowmen. On the days that she's not taking her car ice-skating, she sits huddled over a chilly computer, tapping out the story of a camera that can see the future. She hopes it can see summer approaching, too.

Just like “Shoot” — needs a prologue but since I just read Shoot I am ok but the reader who picks this up without the prior book would be trying to figure it out. I still don’t know how Mark & Jessica fit together, I was thinking she was Marks wife but her last name is Bishop and his is Taylor? When Cruz was murdered I would think it would be all hands on deck to nab his killer, yet Hamilton and his cronies walk around like nothing has happened? Not true to form. All in all it was a good story, but I saw more errors than previous books.

This perspective

I liked this perspective from CJ. Some of the plot is missing an ending but overall it was a good read.

Good read, but too many typos

This was an exciting read and flowed seamlessly with the other books.
The amount of typos, omitted words, or extra words was shocking however. Whomever edits the books needs to spend far more time doing so.

The end? Say it isn't so!

OK. This was a riveting story. Not a dull moment in it. And it was heartbreaking. CJ seems to be dealing with the camera fairly well but fate is not going to give him an easy time.

I'm not complaining but if the cards are going to be stacked so heavily against CJ and Mark too, then shouldn't they have been given some sort of physical power to go along with the psychic abilities? A degree of invulnerability only seems fair considering the harm they both come to in these books.

I really really really hope there will be additional books coming in CJ Sheridan and Mark Taylor series!!! Please!!

Capture review

Capture is the thrilling second book in the CJ Sheridan series written by author M. P. McDonald. It is a spin-off from the original Mark Taylor series. I definitely hope there's another book.
