Buku ke 2 nya Fashionably Impure, cuma 14 chapter dan gak masuk Ero buat gw... lebih banyak konflik dr pada uhuk2nya ahahahahaha... Ceritanya dimulai dari buku 1 ending, dari POV nya Miranda dan betapa bingung nya dia....

Intense and Erotic!
A Most Demanding Mistress continues the story began in Miranda’s Dilemma, the first book in Natasha Blackthorne’s Fashionably Impure series. In this emotionally intense and turbulent read, Adrian and Miranda enter a protector and mistress relationship. Yet this is far from plain sailing, as due to their own personal make up they threaten to destroy each other. Also danger lurks in the shadows.
I love how this author writes her tortured characters, whilst maintaining a highly erotic and page-turning read. Adrian and Miranda are complex and angst ridden. In many scenes we witness a battle royal between two strong-willed, albeit damaged individuals. Adrian, the Earl of Danvers, is an alpha male with a strong need to protect this woman from those who wish her harm, particularly her estranged ducal father. Yet can he afford to keep her and at what cost to his own personal circumstances as a Duke and father?
Adrian has seen members of his own family and others destroyed by their obsessions with courtesans. Although he admires Miranda’s character and beauty he despises how she presents herself in public and is immensely jealous of any man who covets her. Is it love or obsession he feels? Adrian has so many inner demons to grapple with, in addition to his own domestic responsibilities, which threaten their relationship that I despaired of a HEA.
Miranda values her independence and cannot relinquish her public image, so important to a courtesan. After all what will happen when Adrian tires of her? Will her fear of ultimate rejection sound the death knell for their relationship or will the threat come from elsewhere? As Adrian involves Miranda more and more in his own domestic affairs, she becomes exposed to unexpected dangers. I was in suspense waiting to see how this element of the plot would impact on the central love story.
It is an excellent addition to the series. The dialogue is emotionally charged and sexy and the love-making scenes highly erotic and often deliciously naughty. Natasha Blackthorne also does an excellent job of illustrating the social mores of the time, especially in how fellow aristrocats view courtesans. I am looking forward to the final instalment in Adrian and Miranda’s story, Sacrifice.
Recommended to fans of erotic romance, especially those who enjoy the Regency period and who like their heroes and heroines to be equally tortured and complex. Please note a copy of this book was given to me by the author for the purpose of a fair and honest review.

Miranda Jones is a courtesan she is determine to protect herself and her mother. To do that she must have a rich patron. Unfortunately she loves a near penniless man, and can't bring herself to give her body to anyone else.
Adrian Sutherland, the Earl of Danvers is trying his hardest to rebuild the family coffers, by winning it at cards. That means he spends far too much time drinking and gambling. He is also obsessed with Miranda to the detriment of his other responsibilities.
This is the second book in a series that must be read in order. The danger that surrounds our heroine will endanger an innocent. Our hero needs his arse kicked. Luckily our heroine is up to the job. A very sexy historical romance. There will be a follow up story and I can't wait to read it.

Scorching hot, sensual and a dramatic romance which continues on from Miranda's Dilemma. I love the chemistry and love between Miranda and Adrian. They have to work hard for their happily ever after which concludes in Sacrifice.

Revelations! Epiphanies! Drama!
The first scene of the book is of a very distraught Miranda, and when I found out WHY she was distraught…I became distraught too! I thought at the end of book 1 they were…but then…and now…ugh! Nice plot twist! Well played, Ms. Blackthorne, well played!
Adrian is determined to keep Miranda for his mistress, and she wants to be with him, yet the silent battle of wills still lingers. At one point, she nearly leaves him after he makes a snap judgement. Adrian really is quite arrogant, but Miranda is equally as proud. But even in her pride, Miranda is afraid of losing Adrian. Judging him only by what she has seen in her young life…men tire of women and move on to the next one. She is afraid of losing herself in, and to Adrian, only to have him walk away. Miranda isn’t aware yet that he shares a similar fear – of losing himself in his love for her above all else – and bringing even more ruin to his family like his father before him. (And his father before him.)
The need of Adrian and Miranda to each be the dominant in their relationship was at times exhausting. And not dominant in a BDSM-type of way, but more so, controlling. Still not fully trusting enough to allow their hearts to lead, the struggle even extends to the bedroom. Especially the bedroom…where Adrian usually wins.
Had they only had themselves to contend with, they probably would have defeated their personal demons much sooner, but then…that would have been a far shorter story. While meddling Aunt Cassandra is temporarily on the back burner, Adrian’s sister-in-law, Dorothy Chadwick (whom I’ll now refer to as Crazy Dorothy) is front and center to show her moral indignation and disgust at Adrian’s choice of Miranda. But Crazy Dorothy is not quite the long-suffering, supportive aunt and former lover than she would have us believe. (She’s not really happy about that “former lover” part, either.) Her behind the scenes involvement in Adrian and Miranda’s affair rushes in from far left field and brings an entire new element of suspense to this story! Kudos to the author!
The mysterious Baron Stephen Drake again shows up with the answers Adrian needs. How does Drake do it? The Earl of Ruel says Drake is dangerous, and he’s probably right, but I LIKE Baron Drake. You always need someone in your corner who will do whatever it takes to resolve a situation. (HA!) And with the Duke of Winterton pulling the strings, “whatever” takes on an ominous meaning.
Even with the never ending machinations of others, Adrian and Miranda continue to grow closer, and share their souls’ pain. Despite his near penniless standing, Adrian proposes marriage, and Miranda readily accepts, eager to truly be with the love of her life. Adrian loves her as deeply, but is also determined to protect her from her father…Winterton. And just where is Winterton? I need book 3 now!

This book is the second in the series , and wrote from two points of view, We meet Miranda a courtesan , she . she is the courtesan that every body is after. she is beautiful and elegant and she uses this to her advantage . She has had a very rough life of pain and rejection which she hides well. Miranda doesnt trust anyone and but she uses the men around her so she can live a luxurious life she is used to living.
Miranda finds she is madly in love with a man but worries, he wont be give her the life she is used to. She struggles with her inner demons trying to decide if it is all worth the risk to give up on the life she has known. is this nobleman going to be worth the risk.
Adrian is the earl of Danvers , hes watched the men in his family struggle with the need to possess beautiful women. Adrian was adamant he wasnt going to be the same but he hadnt counted on meeting Miranda Jones .
Adrian knows from the stories he has heard about Miranda that she will be very demanding.Adrian knows its going to be hard work but he is going to do all thats in his power to provide for the woman he is falling in love with.As they start up there relationship Adrian stuggles with the nee to possess Miranda and keep him for him self. Adrian has to work through what his feeling for Miranda means before it destroys the both of them
Yet another amazing read from Natasha, beautifully written as all of her books tend to be. it gives you a look from both Adrian's and Miranda's point of view and easily drags you into there story. you cant be timid to read Natasha's books as they are very erotic and they will have your tummy doing back flips in response. I really REALLY recommend everyone reads this story. you will not be sorry and it be a very pleasant experience.

Contintues to follow Miranda's angst, struggles, challenges and dilemmas.
Scorching hot sensual scenes with explicit language. Talks about sexual abuse, as well as other issues, but it also shows how strong Miranda really is and how her pride is a facade to her inner torment.
Adrian Sutherland, the Earl of Danvers, becomes her protector, although, he's penniless. He becomes very possessive. Can these two angst, tortured souls, get past their past to find their HEA? Or will they lose all on the name of lust.
Well written, Erotic Historical Romance, with many of admiring characters and a great storyline.
Ms. Blackthorne never disappoints her readers, and continues to get better and better. I keep wondering what she had in store for her readers next. Can't wait for the next installment.

I thought this story a good example of sometimes we think we want something and the learn our desires lie somewhere else. Miranda knew she did not want or need all the accoutrements a courtesan desired. She need love. Adrian tried very hard to deliver to her all he thought she wanted but soon understood she merely desired him and his company.
Adrian really needed Miranda for a reality check. He was blindsided by much around him and she showed him his errors. I enjoyed this story and would recommend it.

This second book in the Fashionably Impure series continues the story from book one. It goes back a little bit into the previous story and then moves forward with the relationship between Miranda and Adrian. They are both very interesting and complex characters who have a rough back story that effects their current actions and motivations. It is an emotional tale of two people obsessed with one another, both struggling with pain from their pasts. The explicit sexual scenes between them are off the charts hot, yet I could also feel the intense love between them. I am eager to read the third book in this series.

A good follow up to the first book with more depth.
I enjoyed the way this is written with the reader seeing a little of both points of view. This story went into more depth with their emotions. A good second book in this series, and I'm looking forward to the next chapter in the story of these lovers.
