Helpful

I found this book to be helpful but it really didn't have any training techniques to be of use will training I feel like this book is just step one of what should be a series.

It is too small of a book.

It is too small of a book. Some of the sentences are not complete sentences. The author needed a proofreader to proofread the book before he published it.
