Absolute bottom of the barrel stuff featuring one of my very least favorite tropes . . . guy with an ex who is the embodiment of evil and presented from a MRA POV. She's accused him several times of domestic abuse, but somehow the news never got out despite them both being famous and rich. He and his friends are openly misogynistic to her and we get lines like this: "Broken images of her naked body, sticky with sweat and defiled with stranger ejaculate, flashed in my mind's eye."
Yuck.
The plot is barely there. We've got a recent college graduate who gets hired as the billionaire's PA because she happened to be standing in the lobby after he fired his current PA (that's totally how that would work, I'm sure). They go overseas, get involved, and then the story cuts off.
