I always have and always will love The Magic School Bus series and stories. Even if they are meant for young, young readers and I already know extensively more about the subjects that they have in the books.

It's a fun series and a great way to introduce young children to the sciences - and a wide variety at that. I love the series. <3

As a spider lover I thought I knew quite a lot about them, but there were a couple of things in this book that had me surprised. I even googled them to see if they were true. A big learning curve for me.

A book passed down to A from Sabrina - received in mid 2018. A has other Magic School Bus books I bought her through Scholastic when she was an infant in daycare, but this is the first she read to herself (I picked out to give to her to read before her nap) - she could only read the speech bubbles on 3/15/19.

We learned all about spiders! Including how long they've been around, how they hear, and how they catch food.

I love the Magic School Bus books. Legomeister loved these for years, and now Little Miss is starting to request them.

The Scholastic Readers are nice for bedtime stories because they're shorter, and of course, they're great for early readers. They're more difficult than some easy readers, a little longer with more challenging words. The writing feels choppy; that's a side effect of simplifying it. But I think they do a good job of keeping the story fun and informative. They definitely hold the interest of my Magic School Bus Fans.

Ms Frizzle and the gang travel to a spider museum but end up turning into a moth so that they may really explore the world of spiders. I wouldn't recommend the book to those students afraid of insects. Moderate reader for 1st or 2nd grade.

Anything Magic School bus is my favorite. This is such a fun book where the students take a field trip to learn about spiders. Kids of all ages love magic school bus and they secretly learn a lot about that subject while listening to the funny stories and adventures of Mrs. frizzle and her class.
