Abby is continuously being abused by her boyfriend.
Thus, she decides to leave her old life in Vegas and to drive as far away as possible.
Taking the route 88, she runs out of gas in an abandon gas station.
Two bikers, who are passing by, stop to help her.
Abby has her secrets and the two good samaritans have also their secrets.
There is insta-lust between them straight away and insta-love in less than 24 hours.
The three of them together was not a really convincing outcome.
The chemistry between them was not that great.
The epilogue was nice, but it did not save the rest of the story.

A short enjoyable menage story.
The story was about Jackson, Connor and Abby (no age mentioned).
Abby left her boyfriend and now, ex without a goodbye. He's abusive and from a made family. She didn't know where to go. Just wanted to go as far away from him as possible. She drove away until she's out of gas in the middle of nowhere. Then came two bikers, Jackson and Connor. She's scare her ex sent them. And yes, he did.
Jackson and Connor were hired by her ex to find her and bring her back to him telling them she wronged the family but when they found her and saw her bruises, they knew it was a lie. They also felt something for her. They helped her and protected her.
They saved her when her ex found her and they wanted her to stay. Her ex got what he deserved and they lived happily ever after.
What I really liked here was the cute epilogue.

This was enjoyable for what it was. A super short, SUPER insta-love, biker ménage. The author could have laid off the use of the word "fat" when describing the manly bits IMO, but I enjoyed it for the most part.

In my opinion, Twice Driven had a lot of potential... Two sexy knights on chrome and leather going all in to help a heroine on the run?! That story has winner written all over it! Unfortunately this one just didn't quite hit the mark for me.
I'm a huge fan of insta-love, don't get me wrong, but I just didn't feel it in this one. The heroine's on the run from her abusive mobster boyfriend and she just goes home with two tatted up guys who admittedly were hired to track her down? Yeah, I'm thinking that has TSTL all over it. Luckily, Jackson and Connor turned out to be the good guys but I think it should have taken a little more than a day for such blind trust and professions of love.
And the way those two talked? The jokes were bland, to say the least, and the constant "honey"-ing?! When I think of two baddies on bikes I think of "babe" and "baby", definitely not "honey"... Which made picturing Jackson and Connor as badass outlaws a little difficult.
I think if this one was longer and more fleshed out it could have been great but as it is it was just an okay read. Will I still check out more books from this author? Definitely... In the hopes that my expectations can be surpassed next time.

This is my fourth book by the author and this one is my least favorite. Definitely a quick and easy read, but I honestly didn't feel the chemistry between the guys and Abby. So when they confessed their love at the end, I didn't believe them. Maybe if the story was longer and we got to know the characters a bit. Maybe that might have helped me. I'm not sure what it was, but this was just an OK read for me. With that being said, I will definitely read more books by the author.

That was a dirty little short story. I did feel like they packed a decent amount of story (ironically 69 pages) into a small package! Hot, dirty , outlaw biker menage. Insta love with a short little epilogue.

A lot of predictable things happen in Twice Drive. Abby, the MC, is on the run because she's tired of her ex-boyfriends shit. He has basically hit her for the last time (meanwhile I'm wondering why the hell she didn't leave after the first time?!?) and of course he is apart of some serious mob family. So Abby tries to disappear but runs into some hot ass biker dudes.. who are unfortunately being paid to track her ass down.
Unsurprisingly, they fall for her instantaneously. Then her ex somehow finds her while they are all basking in knowing each other and sort of falling in love after seeing each other for less than 24 hours..and basically shit hits the fan. Guns are whipped out, car accidents up the wazoo, and the boyfriend still ends up being a completely loser with a dash of douche bag.
It does have a pretty happy ending and some smutty scenes. Not a bad start to this series.. but I was kind of expecting more?

Abby is on the run from her abusive mob-family exboyfriend. He's put a price on her head and sent two hunky biker badasses after her. Of course, one look at her and the $50K no longer interests them. They want her instead - aw!
This is typical Madison Faye, with the exception that the characters don't actually get together until past the halfway mark in the book. This is also the first of her books that the lack of editing has been a little distracting.

July 9, 2017If romance & sex and light summer reading is your jam, then yes, this one was OK. I preferred that the sex scenes were clearly consentual, which is a problem in many romance novels. Although I think that if you've read one Madison Faye novel, "you've read them all". There was a some kind of summer sale on Kindle, so I grabbed the Possessing Beauty series and a couple of others for maybe three dollars.

I thought this book was not too bad! I do wish it were a much longer story and I really liked the characters - Abby, Jackson and Connor. I love the insta-love and the fact that the men were both alphas and bikers.
However, I didn't really feel the chemistry with this one as I did with the first book I read of Madison's which was Professor: A First Time Novel. With this book I felt a little cheated because Jackson and Conner were going to make 50k to find her and return her to her boyfriend and then they meet her and there was insta-attraction and then BAM! they loved her and wanted to protect her. Where was all the story in between?
At least in this book I didn't find as much editing errors, but I'm thinking it had to do with the fact that the story was simply too short to make too many errors that would drive me batty like Legal: A First Time Novel.

In Desperate Need of an Editor
When the editing is so bad that it's a distraction from the story, and there are multiple reviews citing it, I don't understand why any author would 1. Not go back and correct the errors, and 2. Continue to make the same errors in subsequent books. I understand that there are a few words that are difficult for many people to differentiate, but "too" when it should be "to"? Really? "Theres" vs. "theirs"? Using a possessive noun vs. a plural? And not just once, but repeatedly. Distractingly so. This is an author who is incompetent, or doesn't care, or is in desperate need of a new editor. Or any editor, period. Can't hack any more from this author, she doesn't pay attention to her readers.

Abby is on the run from her abusive ex boyfriend, Joe who also happens to be in the mafia. She's avoiding the highways and taking back roads when she runs out of gas in the middle of no where. Jackson and Connor are tattooed, bike riding outlaws and they were hired to locate a woman and return her to her mobster boyfriend. When they meet Abby on the side of the road and give her gas they know she's different. They also know they can't turn her over to the mobster especially after they see her bruises and black eye. They want her for themselves and they want to protect her now they just have to convince her to stay in their small town with them.

This is a pretty good short, hot, insta-love story with a side of damsel-in-distress and hot bikers. Unfortunately there are quite a few grammar, spelling & typo mistakes. This read would have benefitted from better editing.

I have no idea if this story even gets good. After 343/1901 pages on my kindle app I’ve quit.
Madison Faye- PROOF READ and SPELL CHECK your book before you even think of publishing it! Over 100+ errors and I’m talking MAJOR ones. Ones a grade schooler could catch! Like extra words in the sentence that the author forgot to remove. Missing words or words used that didn’t apply to anything AT ALL just sitting there. This is an affront to our education system. I don’t know if you are currently paying someone to do this, because if so, you need to fire them! Months ago.
There is damn near a spelling or punctuation issue each page.

Twice Driven is the story of Abby, Jackson, and Connor.
Abby is trying to get away from her crazy ex boyfriend Joe who abused her physically and her car lost gas and that’s when she met Jackson and Connor and it was insta love for all 3 of them. Joe came back and decided to chase her and it was revealed that Connor and Jackson were actually hired to catch her by Joe but they didn’t know it was Abby he wanted. Anyway they did the dirty and made proclamations of their love and in the epilogue they had 3 children. River, Jacob, and Matthew.
Solid 4/5.

It was quick and hot.
I am not sure what else to say about this. It is a quick and easy read, given after reading the "Sharing Beauty" book.
The chemistry between the men and the woman could have been stronger, maybe. I just didn't care about her or for her at all. I did like the big sex scene though.
But at the end of the day, it was a hot MFM story that did exactly what it was supposed to do.

Bueno. esta historia es simple y sencilla.... y rapida de leer.
Jackson y Connor dos chicos motociclistas y de profesion asesinos aunque al final digan que son los Robin Hood del pueblo son enviados por Joe, el ex de Aby para asesinarla pero cuando la encontraron saltaron chispas en ellos y ella y decidieron desistir del negocio.
Mas o menos esto es el 30% de la historia porque el resto son solo demostraciones de cariño al extremo porque ellos dos la reclamaron como su mujer de los dos.

This book actually had potential, but was completely ruined by so many spelling and grammatical errors. I had to go back and re-read sentences and sometimes paragraphs because I just couldn't make sense of the words. The plot could have worked, even with the extreme insta-lust, but in this case it fell flat. Maybe because I was too busy figuring out the writing, but it didn't work for me at all.

This is a super short instalove MFM that really may not be for everyone. Conner and Jackson share. They are best buds and have had crap lives. Now they live just outside the law and they are okay with it until their next job. Abbey is on the run and it’s their job to bring her back except they never counted on falling for her.

I like This author. Just not This book.
The number of grammatical and spelling errors bothered me. I stopped reading a few chapters in. Surprising. I like Madison Faye as an author. I've enjoyed many of her books. I will simply pick another. I like Kindle unlimited for that very reason.

What a quick instant attraction story. They had been paid to find her and hand her back, but fell in love instead. Taking care of her past and making a future. With a steamy scene cementing them together. A great quick read.

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this book. However, there were a lot of grammatical errors that took away from reading, for example own would be spelled won or word would be repeated. They disrupted the flow and caused you to have to pause and figure out what the word should have been.
