Warriors #5-7
“Flay”, “Behind You” and “Hunting You” are the three highlights in this suspense action thriller box set offer.
The books are a real treat although I admit not loving them equally. Being part of a series you would think you needed to read them in sequence, not so, each stand on its own two feet and can be enjoyed at any time. I do prefer reading series in sequence. As in the previous 1-4 installments these three latest books offer great plotting, high octane writing and fun characterization. These stories are most entertaining if you like Special Ops operatives going off the grid.
Take a seat, be comfortable, strap yourself in and enjoy the ride.

FLAY
Different then the stories in the first box sets, this had two plots. One with terrorists in the Middle East. The second with psychopathic. killer. More gruesome in detail of the killing and how they were when found. Zeb and the twins work with two cops as they hunt the killer down. Not my favorite, the plot it self was good.
BEHIND YOU
Zeb rejuvenating himself in the wilderness of Wyoming, till he comes across a buried body. Which leds into a fast action plot, of guns going off and men wanting Zeb dead. He giving information as he finds this gang .There always seemed to be more coming for him. Why kill this ace reporter, what was she going to expose with her next report. The Saudi prince wants him to come, and only him. His brother at fifty died of a heart attack. No one has in their history, and wanted Zeb to check the body. A gripping tale, and one sees the inner strength of Zeb, and his team of Warriors.
HUNTING YOU
Big G ruling inside and out of prison and wanted the millions stolen from him. He ordered, the gunmen had the wrong people, Hank’s last words were Zebadah Carter, a military buddy, a man Hank knew would get them, for taking his family’s lives. Sarah.Burke had an impressive background and was heading this case all Zeb wanted was to meet her, she thought he would interfer with the case he didn’t. An interesting closer of how a bar with Pike running it and a neighbor Jenny, with her little girl Olivia brought an end and an end to Big G. With words to Hank to say hi to his wife and son.
ZERO
Clare’s birthday, and the twins arranged a surprise evening, at a high end restaurant, in a hotel. Men entered with heavy gym bags, that alerted them. A hostage situation , with silent gunmen . A fast action plot of how they could attempt to get out of this with almost five hindred people being held.
It was a cover for something else, and uncovering the secrets that two senator had been doing. Again we have Sarah Burke with the FBI and her part, and later joining them in another birthday get together.

Excellent book
I totally enjoyed this series of books. It was hard to put down when you read them. I couldn't read them before going to bed because the suspense kept me awake!

Nice set lent to me by my bro. I powered through them, enjoying each one. They can stand alone; the more you read the more you get acquainted with the backstory of the main character, Zeb Carter. There is violence (not too graphic) but mostly these stories are about brotherhood, commitment and tenacity of purpose. Good traits, all.

They just keep getting better ~ I love these books. The characters are some of the best in this genre. Extremely engaging storylines with bits of humor thrown in. The action is intense and satisfying. I could read one of these each day- I wish there were that many!! Thanks again Ty!

Another fine work
Ty Patterson is one of my favorite authors and this series does not disappoint. I think there are a few more books in this series and I definitely want to read them all.

Former Special Ops Take Out Criminals
I like reading action suspense books every once in a while to break up serious topic novels. I like Ty Patterson's stories and his characters whether good guys or bad guys.

Good, fun read
Fast paced with lantern jawed super heroes--too many. All the characters are flat and stereotypical. Too many deus ex machina to be credible. Fun "brain candy" read. I would read another for fun though.

Like the first four the book is nonstop action. The ending in book 8 in the series you could never figure out till the last four pages. My kind of book that takes you away and makes you wish you were like Zeb, the main character.

Page turner thrillers. Lots of action, a smart and invincible hero, great stories, definitely a five star read. Couldn't put the series down until it was done!

A brilliantly written series - you end up feeling like you are reading about friends. Gripping storylines with twists and turns to keep you guessing, couldn't stop reading. Highly recommended.

I have read all of the Zeb Carter books (1-8) and I have enjoyed them all. Yes, Zeb is too good to exist but if you can just go with it, these are good stories with well thought out plots.

What did I like? As a beta reader sometimes I am so surprised and this book is one of those books. Zeb Carter is one of a kind. I know that there are men out there like that but I just fell in love with Zeb. He struck a note inside of me that I couldn't let go of. I love his method of thinking, always one step ahead. The other thing that I liked was the camaraderie that he had with all of the other characters in the book. Men that would drop whatever they were doing to back up a friend in need.
What will you like? A group of books that is full of hard-as-nails action, suspense, crime and an action thrillers that will keep you glued to the pages. That will keep you reading till you can’t keep your eyes open and then picked it up again as soon as you wake. I would hope and pray that there really are men like this out there and they would do what Zeb did if they happened on the same situation. It would be nothing but right. Ending that you don’t expect but love and some that will bring tears. If this is an example of his work in this series I can't wait to read the next books and I think you will agree with me.

Wow! Wow! And WOW! Patterson has surpassed every author I’ve read in nail biting, on the edge, suspense with his Warrior Series. And I’ve read them all: Child, Patterson, Sandford, DeMille, Connelly, ALL of them. His characters are flawed in a human way, but his plots, logic and development are flawless. I encourage any reader who enjoys finely developed characters and plots to try at least one (or maybe 8) of the Warrior books and see. I doubt that you’ll be disappointed!
