Excellent explanation of a sneaky disease with potentially lethal outcome. Author clears up misconceptions and discusses lifestyle changes to manage the disease successfully.
I really enjoyed this book. It was straightforward and to the point with actionable ideas. There were also bits of information in the book that enlightened me and scared the hell out of me pushing me into action. I see that as a good thing because the answers I received were more direct than others I had received from my doctors over the years. I would recommend this book to anyone who is diabetic or prediabetic with questions about what to do or what's it all about.
