Natasha has dreamt of going on tour with Steel Roses ever since she was a little girl. She never thought she would be dating the front man when it happened, though.
Now she has been immersed into Alex’s world of sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll. Can she keep them both safe with temptation lurking around every corner?
Going on tour is going to test their relationship on levels they never even fathomed, and when Alex’s past comes back to haunt them can their love survive?
The wonderlust might be over, but their love story is only just beginning. One thing is for sure—surrendering your soul to a rockstar never hurt so good.

It's been a long time coming but it was definitely worth the wait. This second book in the Steel Roses series is just as hot and just as edgy as book one was. It flowed really well and gripped me from page one.
The sexual heat between Alex and Nat is still explosive, these two just about combust on the page. The relationship between him and bandmate Matt is explosive too but in a far more volatile way. With plenty of angst, chemistry and heat these characters are well written and very engrossing.
With plenty of twists and turns, a few agghh moments and some wonderful storytelling this book is a must-read. However, do read Wonderlust first.
So I had to read this book because it was the conclusion of Wonderlust. This book was boring and I found myself flicking pages at the speed of light. Alex is half way through his tour and he’s deep into drugs and alcohol. Nat has and friends have to do intervention. I thought there was more to the reason Matt hated Alex, there wasn’t. I kept waiting to read something important or something, a reason this had to be dragged into a second book but again, nada. This book had a lot of dates but with no meaning or reason, just page fillers. These two books should have been condensed into one story and the second book should have been about Matt. Maybe finding out why he’s so hurt and angry would have been more interesting. I really can’t recommend this book unless you need to read something that will make you sleepy. I gave this book two stars and I was generous.
Couldn't wait for this conclusion to this couples story. Natasha "Straight Lace" brings out the best in Alex. It's not without a bunch of bumps along the way though.
I mean Alex is the frontman for Steel Roses. We've got a farewell tour, jealousy among a certain bandmate, animosity, sabotage, and addiction. Oh definitely some hot sex scenes, I mean he's a Rocker. Can Alex and Natasha overcome these obstacles?? Well hello read this amazing book. This is what a RockStar genre book should be.... I really love this cover too...kind of a cover whore lol! this one is definitely hot! I so enjoyed and recommend this book.
Finally The Conclusion !!!! While this was worth the wait, I do feel parts of the book were rushed. Alex is a great character- so flawed but his growth in the story was commendable and no doubts whatsoever about his love for Natasha. Dealing with band drama, jealous ex’s and all around trouble makers gives the story the edge all rock books need.
Wonderment picks up not long after Wonderlust ends. The powers that be have finally convinced Alex Harbour, rock god, to go on a world reunion tour with his former band, Steel Roses. Natasha, Alex’s PA and girlfriend, cannot believe that she is actually going on the tour with Alex and his band. She also knows that it’s going to be hard. They have kept their relationship from the press and from everyone else, except those they were closest to.
As they are getting ready for the tour, he has a meeting with his label, only to find out from Gina that there has been a “girlfriend ban” added to his contract for the entire tour. Of course, Alex is furious. They were going to go public at some point when Natasha was comfortable with it, but that feeling is nothing compared to the fury when he sees who his label has hired to oversee his tour. As Natasha enters the room, she is surprised to see David there. She then finds out that he is the one who’s added the ban to Alex’s contract and tries to talk him out of it. David assures her that that will not happen. He also assures her that he wants her back and he always gets what he wants.
It’s surreal when Natasha meets the other members of Steel Roses. This is a band that she has been a fan of her entire life. However, she soon finds out that the tension Alex had warned her about between him and Matt had not been a lie. Matt literally seethed whenever Alex was in the room but had vowed to make the tour work.
While they travel the world from one venue to the next, things between Alex and Matt seem to get better, which makes Natasha happy……….for a minute. What doesn’t make her happy is that Alex reverts to his old habits and leaves her feeling vulnerable and alone.
The tour continues as Alex’s old demons rear their ugly heads. Not knowing if she can be what he needs her to be, Natasha needs to decide if it’s all worth it. The fame and all of the trappings that comes with it is a lot to deal with, but when Alex finally reveals the reason behind the tension between himself and Matt, Natasha’s heart breaks for him. However, when she realizes what she thought were Matt’s good intentions with Alex and the band were actually not good for anyone but himself, she wonders what else she has been wrong about.
Wonderment is an amazing addition to the Steel Roses series. Just when you think you can’t love the two main characters any more, you find new reasons to root for them. Once again, the chemistry between Alex and Natasha burns bright. Once all of the secrets are out, your heart breaks for everyone involved, but especially for Alex. Having to drag all of the demons around is exhausting, but when he finally opens all of the way up to Natasha? You actually feel the weight lifted yourself. And, when Alex finally takes charge of his life? Man………….. Once again, what an amazing world Wilde has built with this series. This one will take your breath in more ways than one. We once again get to see all of the secondary characters we loved from the get-go and they add beautifully to the story. The final scene before the epilogue though??? YESSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!! I truly have no idea if there is another one in the works for this series, but I sure do hope so. Well done, B.L. Wilde! Very, very well done!!!!!!
I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, pain, jealousy, secrets, betrayal, drugs, and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below, I would recommend reading those books(s) first Wonderlust (Steel Roses #1)
This is more of Natasha and Alex’s story. Natasha and Alex are about to go on tour. Only problem is they never thought they would have the rules that the record company came up with. With the band getting back together for the tour things from the past will come to head. The drama that comes with the band gets more and more crazy. Someone is out to get them but is it only one person or two? Alex gets pulled back into his addiction and things spiral. Can these two keep it together? Or will the obstacles that are thrown their way be the end of not only the band but the future they thought they had together? Or will they fight for each other this time and come out on top?
I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read. You get many side characters that either hurt this couple or help them. Alex struggles daily with his addictions, but a so-called friend might be the one to push him back to it. Who are his true friends and who is out to get him?
I went back and read the first book because it has been awhile. It didn't hurt that I loved the first book also. Plus, it's a sexy rockstar. Doesn't get any better. You need to read Wonderlust first or this book won't have the same good feels. Alex and Natasha are on the road. Everything is going well until the new record company executive, Natasha's ex, puts a clause into the bands contract about no girlfriends allowed. In true Alex form, he is going to change that rule to show the world that he is taken. He has reconnected with the other members of Steel Roses and it's not a happy reunion. Tensions build and you get caught up in all the heat that goes with it. But again, Alex does something I completely did not see coming and made this book that much better! BL Wilde has a writing style I really like. Even if I had to wait for this book, she will remain one of my favorite authors. Glad to see her back on the scene!
I went into this story with an expectation that finally we get to see what Alex and Natasha face. I knew that they were going to have to brawl for everything and themselves to make it. This is not one for the faint of heart. It has issues that could be triggers for some. I thought that B.L. wrote this from the heart and gives the reader an incite into this world. It is formed in the space of the characters struggle to hold onto what is set forth in front of these characters. It has the ability to scramble your senses and takes you on a ride you will not walk away from the same as when you started reading this. Wonderful job by this author to immerse us into this world. I look forward to more.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I really didn't know how Alex & Nat could get any hotter but sweet Lord! Wilde has done it again! What a ride she takes us on as we get to follow Steel Roses on tour! The haters sure do try their best to shred this love and I spent the whole book hoping and praying Alex's demons didn't destroy them. Romance sweats off these pages! *I received a free copy of this book in exchange for my honest, voluntary review*
I really liked this book and maybe it was something what i needed now. It was good to be back with Nat and Alex but I think I should have re-read Wonderlust first. So I wouldn't have been a bit lost. This was pretty light book but there was some drama also. Because of that drama i liked how Nat didn't give up when there was hard times. Also I liked how Nat and Alex were together and they fought together to get what they wanted.
