Bear Cop was well-written, but a little too fast-paced for me. The H/h were actually quite adorable, but I still found that they hit it off perfectly - TOO FAST. I believe that they were having sex already within the first few pages of the book...lol.
The mystery of Eve's background and Chis' disconnect with his brothers was never developed to a degree to carry the plot - what little there was of it. Basically, there were a lot of sex scenes. They were rather tastefully written though.
Overall, Bear Cop was a nice read.

Fun story, a bit rushed but overall entertaining.

I was on a Sci Fi binge now I am on a Paranormal shifter binge and that is how I came across Zoe's books. Once I find an author whose books I like I will read them all and let me tell you Zoe has a lot. They are quick and easy reads. Some serious some make me laugh but all have danger and fated mates.
I enjoy paranormal stories as they take you away from everyday life and anything goes.

My Thoughts - 5 out of 5 Unicorns - I loved it!!!
***I choose what I read and review based on what intrigues me!! I bought this book in 2016, but no one tells me what to think, feel, or write about any book! I buy all of Zoe Chant’s books because I love her HEAs and her style of writing!
The cover is really nice to look at! I love those abs!
This is the first book in this series, and I’ve owned it a while. I am finally getting a chance to read this series, and I do own them all. As with all of Zoe’s books, they are written for adults with steamy content.
I don’t know if you’ve read a book by Zoe Chant, but I love how her books are put together. They are always HEAs, and they always have plenty of action. Her books always make me happy when I read them because it is a great story with a feel good happy ending. I wish life was like this, but as the world descends into chaos, her books are my light to provide some sunshine to my soul.
This is about a new cop in town who is a bear shifter, and a baker who is on edge and hiding out. They end up in more than one survival situations. They both have secrets to share, and both have to figure things out. Tons of actions, and romance to make my heart happy. I loved this book!
I highly recommend to any Zoe Chant fan as well as any shifter fan because Zoe’s book rock with action, romance, and happy endings!

Zoe Chant is one of my favorite writers and I have read s lot of her shifter books more than once. Bear Cop is one of those books. This story has what I look for in a bright (as opposed to dark) shifter story. The main characters are hard working, likable and kind members of their communities. They face challenges and persevere. They value family. And, it doesn't hurt that they are so, so sexy. I gave this book 4.5 stars, rounded up to 5 stars, because I would have liked just a little bit more. Maybe more background. Maybe an extended epilogue. The story felt a little unfinished. I have the second book in the series and I'm hoping it will fill in some of the blanks. Definitely read this book! It's a winner!

The three Jaguar shifters that are after Eve and Chris isolated them. Will they get out of trap while finding true love?
These characters are sexy, resourceful, relatable, and intriguing. Plot is about saving Eve and her father from the criminal shifters.
I love how they have fast-paced drama with a twist. I like how the story leads into the next in the series. I'm going to get the next book as soon as I can.
I highly recommend this book.

Chris and eve
A new series not original and has to much sex in my opinion but eve is sweet and Chris is a hero both have had sad lonely pasts.I
I have a puzzle (spoiler kind of) in car,water,bear then man clothes all good still on....jaguar,bear then man close ripped? If you have read this you get what I mean,if you haven't then read book story is worth a read and you can figure out the mistake.
I thought it odd she never wanted to get in touch with her dad at the end it's been 10 years for him to.

Cute short bear shifter story
This one is pretty short, but fun as well. Chris and Eve are great characters. They both have something to hide, but end up stranded together shortly after they meet. It is fun watching them learn about each other. They is some action, along with the character development. Combine that with a sexy bear shifter cop, some steamy scenes and a number of surprises and you have a fun read! Enjoy!

Felt like an outline for a story, with only the sex scenes detailed. Since I usually just barely skim those, the book was a bit lightweight.

He’s a cop! And a werebear! She’s living under an assumed identity, so she is pretty wary of the police. And then they get stuck on a mountain together! Not the best bear shifter book I have ever read, but also not the worst. Ho hum.

Eve loves her life working for the Herbert's making cupcakes, but as much as she would like to buy the business from them, she has been living there as an alias scared her past will come back to haunt her, that she might end up in jail alongside her Dad. Chris has just been transferred to Linden Creek as the new police officer, he wanted a country town where he could let his bear out without the fear of being seen. When he walks into Herbert's bakery and sees Eve, his world changes forever, he knows he's found what he only ever dreamed he'd find, his mate. But with Eve's fear of going to prison and Chris' fear about what Eve will think about his bear, there are a few hurdles to overcome, and one they didn't see coming at all.
Another awesome story by Zoe, a great read that makes you remember that when you're honest love is easier that hiding it in secrets.
