An excellent second chance romance with a fascinating mystery. As Alex and Misty try to solve the mystery of her brother being framed for drugs, chemistry ignites between them. The problem? Alex remains heartbroken over the loss of his first wife and Misty has more reason than many women to accept being second to anyone.
And although Alex often makes you want to slap him, he does redeem himself wonderfully.
The rich character development, hot Latino flavor, and heart-twisting emotion makes this book a must-read.
