Ove is a lonely soul with nothing left to live for. He has lost his wife and child to a
horrific accident
that leaves him crippled mentally.

What ends up happening in A Man Called Ove is nothing less than magic. A grumpy, bitter man
who believes
it is him against the word warms our hearts and
invites us in.

The plot is predictable, but the reader will be surprised to fall in love with and want to cheer for this older man.

Not a Summary

This book does not summarize the book. It rambles back and forth talking about characters (the main character and the author.) It was as if the author was afraid to give away too much of the plot. But isn't that why people read summaries?
