Good cookbook with interesting recipes, however I must add a caveat. You don't necessarily need a sheet pan. A large roasting pan or 13" x 9" x 2" pan would work. The problem being, some of the recipes which include a lot of oil, or have meat that will sit on the sheet pan higher than the 1/2 inch sides of the sheet pan, will splatter grease. If you have an older oven with the heating coils on the bottom of the stove, you could have a fire in your oven. (I had an older oven until a few years ago, so I know what can happen). If you have this type of oven, I recommend usung pans with higher sides. If the higher sided pans aren't large enough, use two. The title of the book says 40 Simple and Delicious meals, however there are only 20 meal recipes, and 20 dessert recipes. While most people would appreciate the dessert recipes, please be aware you aren't getting 40 meal recipes. I was given a copy of this book for an honest review.
