Good start
Never heard of Six Sigma, it gave a good start into under standing what it is. I can see how my current employer is trying to incorporate Six Sigma now.

Just to note, there is an 'E' missing from cheese location 172 bottom paragraph. Apart from that. Extremely good read!

Style and substance
I did not care for the author's style or substance in this book. I was hoping for a more direct, brief, logical/scientific style with fewer grammatical errors.
