Found a box of books from my childhood. Of Course I had to sit down and go through them before packing them away again. Loved each and every one of them.

This was the very first book I fell in love with! I was in first grade and found this in the bookstore and we didn't have a lot of money then, even as a 6-year-old, I knew money waa tight. But I couldn't bear to part with this book and I was so happy Mama agreed to buy it. So my review? As a child, I loved it because the puppy was cute and I thought all those beds were funny. As a mommy now, I love how there is such tender love and wonder at how a puppy grows so fast, much like how I feel watching my sons grow. It's a sweet book that both parents and children will enjoy!
