At a fairly young age, my father moved us to Summerville, South Carolina. He chose South Carolina because Northrup Aviation wanted to transfer him to California, where he figured his three daughters would wind up getting into trouble. As luck would have it, I grew up to be a hippie anyway! At 16 years old, I ran away from home to go to Woodstock. I wish I could say I made it, but I got caught before I ever got out of South Carolina.
I've been married twice - unsuccessfully both times - but the second one netted me a beautiful daughter who is nearly 23 years old. I'm happily divorced with no plans of changing my marital status.
I have a B.A. in Forensic Psychology and have been doing social work for a number of years. I've worked in Addictions, Community Mental Health, Corrections, and most recently, Child Welfare. Having seen the best and worst in people, I pretty much keep to myself now. My daughter worries about the lack of a man in my life but I tell her I write my own men now and the fantasy is better than the reality.

This is a hot, fun and easy read. The two characters certainly know how to heat up the page, with plenty of variety and sensual erotica. Even though Chelsea may be sworn off men, Finn gets under her skin and plays the patience game ... well, heart wise, even if not sex wise ! The setting in a garage, with classic cars and both of them having a career and hobby in common is a nice touch. The ending is really fun and even though it is a short story, we know enough about them to definitely care about the outcome.

Chelsea doesn't want any complications or strings attached to her sex. She's a woman in an auto body shop filled with men. She works harder than them to prove she earned her job. Falling for her boss, Finn, is definitely not on her to-do list. Unfortunately, no one informs her libido.
This story starts off diving straight into the hawt boss to subordinate liaison. Instead of a power grab of forcing the typical secretary to do the powerful manger's bidding, this is one of balanced power, which is sweetly sensual. There are no power struggles to see who possesses the upper hand. Instead, it's a discreet friends with benefit status which morphs into a romantic relationship before Chelsea can apply the brakes. Once Chelsea recognizes the final destination, she does her best to stop. Finn is having nothing to do with this and takes action.
Ms Masters creates realistic characters who are easy to understand. They are engaging because they feel familiar. Their traits are recognizable in family and friends. This is the power of her storytelling. She grabs the reader from the beginning by making her characters human. The reader can either sympathize or empathize with how the character feels and thinks. The baggage Chelsea carries is no different than what many readers have personally experienced. Ms Masters presents it in a way which is smooth instead of lecturing or boring. This makes her stories enjoyable and a fast read.
Sometimes the plots in her stories tackle hard social issues which need to be addressed. This one is gentler with a look at relationships and why a woman would want to take advantage of sexual benefits without the headache of a commitment. The sex in this story is kinky for those who want a glimpse of sweet loving fading to black. It is tastefully tame.
Overall, this is another well-crafted tale. Recommended for kinky romance lovers who want their happily ever after.

A short story about Chelsea, a young curvy, sexy woman car mechanic, gets hired at a small auto shop. Hurt by past douchbags, she runs from relationships. Finn, the hunky owner of the car repair shop who has also been burned by an ex wife, discovers Chelsea has been hired while he was on a fishing trip. He immediately imagines bedding the sultry, sassy temptress. After their first erotic encounter, they fall into a friends with benefits, very steamy benefits, relationship. Their sexual chemistry and the combination of Finn’s very talented sexual prowess and Chelsea's willingness to push her boundaries, results in a combustible, kindle melting reading experience!
“The sex had been good. Better than good. Combustible. It was a miracle the bed hadn’t caught on fire. But awesome sex, sex like she’d never experienced before, was a dangerous thing.
