What an intense story. and a great wrap-up for a dramatic trilogy. From the first pages, the characters prove their strong feelings for each other with their protective gestures and loving words.
Tristan is all in with his ballerina, showering her with affection, love and commitment. He's fierce in his love as he is in his intent to get rid of the plague of a cartel boss threatening a gang war over drugs.
I was happy to see roman Gregory have a role in the investigation. He's got such a presence! He and Tristan go hard at pursuing the evil guy and raking the field for clues. The plot is suspenseful, slow-paced, intense and gritty.
In between the cartel violence and police work, scenes of passion shine beautifully with this couple's devotion, sacrifice and meaningful intimacy. The heat is explosive!
So is the danger when it creeps up on Tristan and Lillian in a wild wave of action. It blasts through like a bomb. Lillian acts really strong and courageous, and my heart felt for her plight. And all those men who are tough heroes make me want to start my own harem :-D

I recommend reading this book after you have read the first two in the trilogy and the three books in the Her Best Friend's Father series as Rapture connects the two series. Tristan, Lillian and Kincaid get summoned to Los Angeles to help Roman Gregory and his task force fight Elijah Noel and the Vetrov drug. While Kincaid flat out refuses to go; Tristan and Lillian know that if there is any way at all to stop Noel and the drug from destroying more lives than they must go and confront their worst nightmare. Tristan wants Lillian protected at all costs, so Roman puts her in his personal home that he has made into a fortress with 24-hour bodyguards. Once Tristan is assured of Lillian's safety, the hunt for Elijah and the drug begins. Unfortunately all is not as it seems and it is soon discovered that there is a mole on the task force. Lillian tries to help Tristan with the investigation as much as she can, but becomes a victim of the mole and Elijah. It will be up to Tristan, Roman and Kincaid to get "Little Momma" back safely and end Elijah's reign of terror once and for all. Read the book to see if all works out the way it should for Tristan and Lillian; catch up with Roman and Mila; and learn more about what drives Michael Kincaid ( I can't wait for his book to come out.)

Somehow, I've read the first two books at least twice now, but this was my first read through of Rapture. I want to smack myself! There is so much action, so much suspense, so many warriors!!! I've read Michael Kincaid 's story before, the same with all but the last of the Her Best Friend's Father series. I stopped before that last one because the author strongly advised having read Rapture first. So now I have, my next book will be Desire Me. After that, Kill For You will be right around the corner!! Yay!!
(In case you couldn't tell, that means I'd TOTALLY recommend this book and the whole Teplo Universe!!)

I loved this fabulous finale to The Teplo Trilogy! A beautiful and steamy romance marred by a prospective gang war over drugs. Fast-paced and action-packed, this finale was over-the-top gripping, forcing you to continue reading until you reach the conclusion. Kudos to the author! I can't wait to see what she decides to concentrate her artistry on next!

This is the Hot AF, edge of your seat exciting, final chapter of The Teplo Trilogy. Could not have asked for a better conclusion for Tristan and Lillian . Cannot wait for Michael's book(s).

I couldn't put this book down. I enjoy the mind set of the author and how she let's the characters speak out. I feel that I could read this whole series multiple times!!! Can't wait to see what comes next!!!!

This book was okay. I wasn’t able to connect with the characters very well this time around and there were some very repetitive parts that I din’t like, but the story itself was interesting.
I would recommend this series to those who like romantic suspense with VERY alpha male characters.

I haven’t read the previous books in this series yet, but did recently complete the Her Best Friend’s Father series by the same author. Because of this, I was already somewhat familiar with part of the back story and the main characters. I will probably pick up the other books in the series as well, though, to get the full story.
This book brings a healthy mix of action and romance, both of which are described with captivating intensity. DEA agent Tristan Riley is still on suspension from his job, but enjoys spending his time with his girlfriend, former ballerina Lilian Maddox. They’ve been through quite an ordeal, which is referenced throughout the book, and have grown incredibly close over the last few months.
Their experience with a criminal called Elijah Noel and a notorious drug cartel cause them to be called to Los Angeles, to assist the ATF with their ongoing case regarding Pedro Francisco and a pending gang war he’s fueling. Reluctantly, they head to LA and team up with Roman Gregory.
Tristan and Roman are very alike and work well together, Having lived through a similar experience, there’s a lot of understanding between the two of them where the women they love are concerned. The actual story takes place over one, maybe two weeks, but doesn’t feel slow at all. There’s a lot going on, both with the drug and gang investigation as well as Tristan’s and Lilian’s relationship.
Tristan is incredibly protective over Lilian, but also in awe of her strength considering all she’s had to endure. Lilian, for her part, has worked hard to let her injury and the events at Teplo not get the best of her. Building a future together is most important to them both, and they will do whatever they need to in order to make that happen.
As the story progresses, more details about the past as well as Elijah’s plans are revealed. Knowing there’s a mole within the ATF, Tristan and Roman struggle trusting anyone outside of their tight circle. The author does a great job keeping you on your toes and leaving you guessing as to what exactly is going on. This book is a real page turner, and I enjoyed it very much.

Amazing!
All three books in this trilogy are amazing! Very well written and I LOVE the characters! There’s enough sultry and steamy and hotness that just mixes perfectly with the sweet side. As well as the bad ass side ! Highly recommend this book as well as the other two in the trilogy to all my avid reading friends !

Read!!
This book had me hooked from the very beginning. I was on the edge of my seat but I also fell in love with Tristen and Lillian almost instantly. Give this book a read, you won’t regret it!!
