Deadpool vs. Sabretooth starts now! Deadpool has no idea that he killed his own parents. SHHH! Don't tell! Only problem is...he's investigating whodunit, swearing vengeance. Don't worry! He thinks Sabretooth did it! This is gonna be a fun fight.
This wasn't as edgy as I would have expected from a comic labeled "Parental Advisory". I'm not complaining, though, because media with big-time content concerns isn't my thing.
Despite that, it wasn't that great of a comic, anyway. Great artwork, fun advertisements...but, that's about it. Marvel fans can do better.
This one actually had action in it. I almost forgot what that felt like in comics. Maybe it was the graphic violence? For some reason I feel that there's so much "action" that you're more into the talking than the actual fighting. I'm thinking it's because it's actually not a super villain vs. team---it was just these two throwing down
WHILE A SCHOOL BUS OF CHILDREN ROLL BY----and Deadpool makes up a song. I found that hilarious.
Honestly though, I'm not sure how I feel about this series. I love Deadpool regardless as a character, and the series has been progressing (for the better)...
It starts getting interesting and better. I knew the Creed storyline would be at least GOOD.
Since the series started it was mediocre at best, and that's saying something when I'm usually fine with a badDeadpool story, convincing myself it's ok. But since #1 here, I was fully disappointed but that's about to change probably because I'm loving this.
Even more mentioned about Sabertooth and you still don't see him until the end. Kind of disappointing, but the story is still fun enough I couldn't complain more than just mentioning it.
