The biography of Michelle Kwan was quite interesting to read. The book covered her accomplishments and downfalls. I was quite fascinated by the achievements Michelle achieved when she was just a young girl. This book made me think of the moves that Michelle performed in her competitions because of the descriptive language used in the book and the photographs that were in the context of the writing. After reading this book, I realized how much you can achieve if you have a passion. The book made me think about how if you chase your dreams, anything can be accomplished. This book is not part of a series, but I would recommend this book to a classmate if they were interested in ice skating.
Biography - I loved this inspiring read about a real champion - someone who skates because she loves it, is humble, strong and spunky. Quick read and good photographs.
