This book is a money grab. It gives memory prompts, just like many other how-to-life-history books, but seriously, how good is a question list that ends with a section on your "later years" that begins, "I remember feeling lonely when..." and ends, "I remember my greatest failure or disappointment was..."? Because THAT is how I want to finish my life history! After the questions, the book claims you have completed writing a book and gestures at places where you can self-publish it. Instead of reading this book, go find an online list of prompt questions and then Google "How can I self-publish a book?" You will get better results.
Or you could go hire a professional personal historian. We exist.
